@airtelindia - it has been 3 days for which the request for broadband issue has been raised, still you are not able to have a resolution. Customer Service has started a cycle of giving resolution time of 4 hours after the TAT and not doing anything!Very Disappointing! #gurugram

@airtelindia one of the pathetic brands in terms of resolution of any problems. You keep on writing them but no1 hears or provides any solution. No transparency to what they claim on towers installed. Whenver you check it shows issues in it. They hve gone from worst to pathetic.

The government is continually advertising the Fibre networks and the scope of development in rural India.But in my village, if I have to talk on the phone I must go outside or on the roof. Waiting for the network on the mobile.I tweeted too many times,but who cares! @airtelindia
