    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence have been charged international roaming wo/ opting for it. Automatically activated without consent. Then consumed 8 mb of data in background. Charged 850rs~. Using airtel for more than 10yrs. Yet no solution. To all others, be cautious of this fraud

    I was famous for getting refund from @airtelindia in my family and family friends circle. This fraud company used to deduct money even though none of our family members opted for ringtone. As there is no option I have opted for Airtel fibre. One of the worst service by them. Even in stores, executive idiots forces us to open bank account in their airtel payments Bank for nothing.

    @airtelindia Team, since you are unable to resolve the mess you've created, just refund the amount of my recharge plan and I'll move to another service provider. What's the delay when you've admitted that you are unable to provide a solution. It's been 3 months. Act Urgently @airtelindia

    Im not worried about 5G hotspot, but Im frustrated about @Airtel_Presence way of response. They simply asked me to DM the query, I did but no response no resolution even I haven’t heard back from them. Its been more than a week. Pathetic @airtelindia
