@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This is serious! Want some action from @airtelindia . U/stand ur Tech Team has extended resolution time from 04 Dec to 11 Dec on their own w/o even informing me. This was done Coz I complained against an engineer for asking OTP on phone to extend his time w/o even visiting house.

@airtelindia really frustrated with not able to close my broadband account since last 4 days. Even on international roaming from United States i am calling many times but my account is still active and counting the charges. Customer care not helping with false excuses. Pathetic

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Asked for 100MBPS wifi service your staff member AMAN SINGH (9076004637) told okay will install 100MBPS plan and took the payment of 2828 rs for the plan of 3 months then came and installed40mbps and now not refunding my money sayin “abhi kuch nahi”
