    I want to stick to @airtelindia as 5G connectivity is poor in my locality, while I travel in train. 5G network should also improve. I can't take official call in @MicrosoftTeams using Airtel 5G connection. I can't listen to friends but they can't listen to me. Voice gets chopped.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews ​SR 11029309219 is now 3 days old. You just abruptly pushed the fix to May 4th without consent. Solid red LOS, Bangalore. This is unacceptable. Fix it today or I am switching to ACT/Jio and filing a complaint with NCH.

    Your Wi-Fi service is down again and I can’t even get through to your helpline. Payments are always on time, but the accountability is zero. Need this fixed immediately. @airtelindia @AshwiniVaishnaw @DoT_India

    @roerohan @airtelindia True, when I booked a fiber connection, they installed airfiber hurried even though I resisted wanting that. Then they didnt give me the dth setup box that comes with it. I just used it till the deposit money was used up by the plan and disconnected it. Horrible experience.

    @airtelindia I have booked the IPTV on 28.04.2026 2 pm. Till today I have not received any call or any information. Before installation, service is so pathetic. Can't imagine how it would be after installation. Customer care executives are next level with robotic and same anwers
