    @airtelindia my wifi is not working since yesterday and no one is there to solve my issue. Complaint was not handled by anyone. Even after call technician shows no interest and airtel is not cancelling my connection and refunding my money. Never ever buy airtel wifi connection

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia If anyone still following this then there is still no progress. The ground team visits and promises to come back in an hour but they never come back! Meanwhile, the backend team marks the ticket as resolved.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Hi I am fed-up with your customer service. I shifted my airtel dth tv connection from Noida to Gorakhpur. Since then I am chasing u ppl. But u all are not responding. Earlier it was easy to reach out to you ppl. But nowadays it is like marathon.

    Hello @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Day 30: Extremely poor network and internet connectivity . Indoor calls barely connect and mobile data is very slow even outdoors. multiple emails have been sent but got "We are actively working on your issue" only.
