Suraj Sahu (@surajsahumrj) reported@airtel_presence @airtelindia WiFi has the worst disconnection process. No online cancellation, multiple support calls, repeated questions, and constant attempts to avoid processing the disconnection. Cancelling a service shouldn't be this hard.
