    Hi, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence why don't you focus on the network service instead of wasting money on the advertisement , ask your team that what they are doing here, 2g calling is not going smooth and you are advertising for the 5g.

    The customer care will not help. Give you multiple offers even after you continuously tell them about wanting to close the connection. Then they will make ask you to call them back after somehow getting hold of them on call @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, I recharged for a full year partly because of the advertised FREE Perplexity Pro benefit. Now I'm being asked to add a payment method/card and potentially deal with USD billing. This was never clearly disclosed during recharge. This feels misleading.
