@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Very much disappointed and dissatisfied with your service now. Airtel made Unlimited pack recharge mandatory for sending SMS . Even after recharging unlimited pack I am not able to send SMS. Customer care numbers 121/198 has no option .

@airtelindia I don't appreciate your airtel network. As it's not workable in local parts of mumbai, in many places of maharashtra itself. We experienced problem in north india also. This network is very unstable.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Since yesterday no sim is detected. Last year itself I got it replaced by airtel store. Again within some months I am facing the same problem. If a postpaid member would have to face all these then I must opt to prepaid.
