@ViCustomerCare got a bill of 7k instead of 450.Some international roaming pack got activated without my consent. CC told the bill will be reversed but nothing happened so far. Now they closed my number. CC doesn’t help.Have been wasting 2 hours daily 4 last 10 days. @airtelindia

@vaibhavvilas53 @airtelindia Irrespective of what you pay you get the service the nearest tower can give and that also heavily depends on subscription and congestion there.. There is no service assurance based in the money paid. Keep a service that works for you.
