    UPDATE: Airtel customer service is ABSOLUTELY STUPID 😤 Called after my IPTV complaint (see previous tweet), they RAISED A DTH REQUEST instead of IPTV! I NEVER asked for DTH! This is COMPLETE negligence + total incompetence from Airtel. Now NO callback AGAIN! HOW IS IT POSSIBLE that buying a NEW SERVICE takes so much of delays? Cancel this WRONG DTH ticket & raise correct IPTV request IMMEDIATELY! Your system is UTTERLY USELESS! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    Wtf @airtelindia already stopped unlimited 5g services for prepaid users even though I've unlimited 5g pack, this is straight up fraud and violation of users rights, fix this issue asap.

    @airtelindia Team, Issue is pending for over 4 weeks. Since you have started these from Dec 2025 without me making any changes on my phone, you need to switch these off. Please resolve urgently & stop lying about it being a regulatory requirement. No one else gets these @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Customers face instant late fees for payment delays: but when companies deliver poor service, they pay no penalty at all. If you expect us to pay on time, we expect you to deliver on your promises. Fairness should work both ways. More than 2weeks, facing issues.

    @airtelindia @airtel @Airtel_Services Very disappointed with Airtel Broadband. Internet has been down for 5+ hours and the same issue occurred last weekend. This is becoming a regular problem. How long are customers expected to suffer? Immediate action required.
