And the customer experience on Airtel app sucks because it gives you limited help options, and no option to connect with a human.

    @airtelindia It works perfectly.There is no 5G in Jio sim but i can watch HD videos without buffering When we tried to contact Airtel customer service then we can't connect. This is really sham.
