    @airtelindia Worst service by airtel. My landline went on DND mode, so i called service that guy came and cut my internet. Immediately called customer service, they told problem will be resolved by 10 am still no one came. Take immediate action

    With #internetdown trending just wanted to share, my Airtel broadband is down I complained & the people there are not ready to listen to me, I am waiting and guess what? 4 days and @airtelindia yet to clear the issue 1 day @reliancejio already have setup a tv and boradband.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence It’s around 2 weeks now I’m unable to use my Fibernet connection. Reason: Some Customer care executive logged the disconnection request for my line instead of another fibernet line. Waited patiently as this can be a mistake.
