    @airtelindia Our office Airtel Wi-Fi has been down for 10+ days, despite repeated calls to customer care. Service Request 11036968582 was raised on 4 Aug 2026, with a promised resolution by 4 Aug, 6:31 PM.

    @airtelindia day in and day out your servers idk have stopped working. Earlier there used to be just one bar and now that is gone too. You just suck money bro. You close the complaint on your own without resolving. I hope you rot which is not going to happen though!

    The local Airtel in-charge, Rohit, is also reportedly not available to address the issue. This is a serious service failure. Please look into this urgently and resolve it.@airtelindia

    Complaint resolution process very poor.. check service request 11037479653 . Bill you received timely but no connectivity. Time to shift to other service providers @airtelindia

    Airtel network unable to reach customer care executive via 121 or 198, they wasting consumers time more than 6 minutes they divert in ivr only not connecting to customer care agent poor response from airtel @TRAI @airtelindia

    @Airtel @airtelindia I heard that Airtel is service is very bad I have been using airtel postpaid connection for more than 10 years I thought to try airtel broadband as well But these guys after taking money not answering my calls. Worst service faced ever
