It has been 3 days but my new sim has not been activated yet. Every time when I reach out to Airtel store or 121 customer service, they say that it will take only 24 hours. Now can any body from airtel tell me… that 24 hours is equal to 76 hours? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

Finally I called the society , they requested another local service provider’s sales guy who in turn brought his service colleague and fixed the issue. Airtel vs local players . Ashamed That I decided to go with airtel . Worst service ever !by @airtelindia @reliancejio
