    @airtelindia Internet outage in Rohini, Delhi since yesterday 12 PM. Nearly 24 hours with no service, no real update, and no accountability. Multiple restoration promises have come and gone. Your chatbot only says "we recognize the inconvenience" i lose an entire working day.

    @airtelindia @airtelcare I need to talk to someone who is a nodal officer or a senior manager and understands the process as the team in email and telephone are not aware and cannot provide me a solution. Struggling to close an issue on bill with team and its going no where.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely disappointed with Jio's service. After switching to Jio Home, our internet has been down for 4 days. Despite multiple technician visits, the issue remains unresolved. This experience has been frustrating, and I am now switching to @airtelindia.

    Cellular services in India need more competition. The market is dominated by a couple of major players.Customer service and accountability inevitably suffer. @airtelindia has been unresponsive to complaints. Consumers deserve better support, faster resolutions. @TRAI

    @airtelindia I am post paid user of @airtelindia. I replaced old sim with new one due to network issue. Since yesterday I am unable to receive OTP/SMS and unable to send sms to any number. Kindly look into this and resolved the issue so that can use sms services. #airtel

    Hi Airtel, when I initially checked my device readiness, Priority Postpaid was enabled on my Airtel postpaid number. However, after checking again, it's now showing "Phone not ready" and says my device doesn't support the required software. I'm using a Google Pixel 7 running the latest Android 16, and 5G SA/Network Slicing are already enabled on my number. Could you please clarify why this status has changed and help resolve the issue? @airtelindia @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia, there are two issues with the Airtel Business account. Once the service is suspended due to non payment of the bill on time, you need another internet service to make the payment. At least Airtel website should be allowed to use.

    @airtelindia I requested Wi-Fi cancellation in February after shifting, but bills are still being generated. Outstanding is ₹2500. Customer care asked me to pay ₹500 and said the remaining ₹2000 would be waived off, but it hasn't been updated yet. Please check. 04027276443
