@ViCustomerCare It is very sad to mention that your network strength in Bengaluru Urban is very very poor. 4G network speed is pathetic. I'm waiting for the current plan to expire so that I may be looking to PORT to @airtelindia or @reliancejio who can be trusted more. Peace!

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Your engineer called and explained issue will continue since the set top box is not faster and unable to handle fast swapping to apps. The lagging issue will continue and booting time will remain same. Is this what a customer expect from Airtel?
