    @airtelindia Already informed to close my wifi connection but the customer care simply says you will get a callback which never comes. Now any charge incurs beyond the date of closure request, I will not pay that. I also emailed but no reply.

    Keep it up @airtelindia It seems you have no shame left. See how many complaints are registered, yet not action taken. 12+ days delay after payment for Airtel Xstream installation. No engineer assigned, no resolution despite multiple complaints and DM escalation. Just scripted replies. This is extremely poor service. Request ID: WJR2D5SWJX @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @airtelnews Last month did Complaint No.4507822319 regarding a small refund of Security Deposit, it's shows resolved from your side, but till date no refund issued to me. Is 1000 a big amount for @airtelindia ?

    Airtel support says my email is “unregistered.” Tried registering it—your app crashes every time (6/6). Router not collected, ₹547 refund pending, calls get cut. At least something works consistently: the dysfunction. @airtelindia @airtelnews @airtel
