Hello @airtelindia I recently complained about internet down it got fixed but again after 10- 12 days my internet is down. Please look into this matter. As after every 10-15 days my internet goes down. Experience this problem from 6-7 months.

@airtelindia i have changed my sim due to old sim was not working on 01 Apr and on 03 Apr still not activated bt airtel my mob no is 8953122232. I have visited airtel store thrice still not resolve the issue. I can understand that service of airtel is great👏. Good keep going.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia there is someone else’s airtel black bill showing in my airtel app. I myself never used airtel black and never activated it. Kindly look into it asap unless i have to change my number, there is no safety

@Airtel_Presence Still the issue is not resolved and the team of engineers are continuously being shifting my calls my whole day got massed up because of them only. What ridiculous service is @airtelindia is providing to their customers. If you can’t resolve the issue please cancel my request.

@airtelindia Running for sim replacement from last 3 days and no store can do. Some doesn't have replacement sim while some says server is down. Disappointed. Guess I'll be porting out then.
