    When u talk about raising the tariff for the services @airtelindia take this into the consideration. Don’t judge ur n/w performance in Tier 1 cities only Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities n/w performance is same it was in 2010. No network is simply unexpected in this digital age. WAKE UP

    I have faced the worst experience with @airtelindia. First of all Airtel customer care not attending the call properly. Whenever I call, it takes long time to connect.. I have recharged pack with 155 after 2 months but it is still not recharged.. Not yet refunded.. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what’s the point of having chat bots, call centre’s, elaborate IVR systems, when none of them actually work … your local engineers are clueless too. The service is 5X pathetic !!

    @airtelindia Issue with airtle fibre extreme. I already have the device and your customer care, stated that they will take the device and install the new device, this is the process how absurb this process is.

    @airtelindia No sim card inserted error, went to Airtel store they are getting error too while replacing the sim card. It's not the first time.. same thing happened before too, all of a sudden no sim card inserted. Help!

    9997285301 @pib_comm my number is running since 2006 i am a diligent customer paying my bills and recharge it timely still while somebody makes call it is pronouncing out of reach ,switched off @airtelindia . This is causing high inconvenience.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence if you can’t provide decent network shut your business. past 1 week my internet is not working and your service man is saying me to cancel the request as he will work on it by himself
