  @airtelindia requested IPTV connection via ur app. The payment link never worked. So visited ur store in West Delhi, raised request, paid booking/advance charges. Was told that executive wuld visit next day between 11-1..No one turned up, now going to be 48 hrs.Still call awaited

  @airtelindia WiFi disconnected in April. Device collected. Refund still not received. Still getting pickup reminder messages. No help from customer care, no response to emails. Extremely poor customer service. @Airtel_Presence @AshwiniVaishnaw

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia The worst network provider is airtel in my area and a big scam they are doing is when there is a power cut no internet and no network.
