  @airtelindia , I’ve reported poor network quality for months with no follow-up. Tickets via the app auto-close without resolution, and no executive has contacted me. Is only Priority support valued? If this continues, I will consider switching to another provider like Jio.

  @airtelindia Pathetic state of affairs for getting broadband connection. 5 times rescheduled. Engineer doesn't pick call nor calls back. Sales person says "engineer doesn't pick my call too" The app chatbot is a joke. Doesn't have this section. Of zero help. Doesn't have a customer service number. If you can't get it done today, please refund me. Promised since Sat. order ID 21-170830529617

  @airtelindia I’m facing an issue with the Amazon Prime Lite subscription provided through my Airtel DTH plan. I activated the membership successfully, but now there is no option to cancel/deactivate it either on Airtel Thanks app or Amazon Prime settings.

  @airtelindia one of the worst experiences am having. The service req number assigned to engineer since morning 6 and no one has turned up or called till now. The assigned engineer is neither picking nor responding. Number 11031589902
