@airtelindia In last 7 days we have faced downtime for around 4-5 days that too during office hours. Customer support team was very rude and no resolution was provided. Please let me know if you guys are taking any action or should I switch to any other service provider.

@Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Raised multiple complaints. No one calls back when we want to remove connection. They call 5 times in an hour when selling one. Absolutely ridiculous Bharti Airtel. Never expected this being a shareholder.

Don't go for @airtelindia for broadband. They don't care if your connection is not working. It's day 2 for me and dialled twice but no use. No value once you become customer. @CMOMaharashtra
