    and all they say is they will transfer the call to the wifi department and then the call gets disconnected, the ai bot keeps replying the same thing again again on the app. what kind of service is this?? @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 2 days without Airtel WiFi and still no fix. I have an important interview tomorrow and there’s a real chance I might miss it because of this delay. This isn’t just inconvenience, it’s affecting my future.please act urgently.

    Frustrated with @airtelindia Fiber WiFi! Poor service, endless outages (4-6 hrs monthly), unresponsive CC loop & dumb 24/7 chatbot. Issue unresolved >24hrs. Switching providers—no compensation for downtime forcing mobile data buys. Reliable when recharge ends, useless otherwise!

    Hey @airtelindia When I'm in a no network / no signal area, callers should ideally hear a message like "not reachable" — but instead, they hear a ringing tone as if my phone is reachable. This creates confusion and missed communication. Why is this happening? Can you fix this?

    Customer care is asking me to replace my Airtel Fiber with AirFiber, but the reality is there is no proper network coverage in my area. That is the reason I installed WiFi in the first place. If they give me AirFiber, it will be useless and make no sense @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia Request raised on 2nd April for shifting my Airtel Black connection is still pending. Despite multiple calls, store visits, and posts here, no resolution. Now even cancellation isn’t possible as it depends on a technician who never shows up. now what to do?
