@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia From last couple of days Airtel Network is worse and Internet speed is less than 700 Kbps (Fastest Network in India) Using the family plan and all sim gets around same speed. Without resolving backend team is closing the tickets which was raised.

So think twice before getting JIO I did mistake @airtelindia has good speed except some issues But now thing @airtelindia broadband is better than any other service provider

Pathetic service by @airtelindia. For the last 7 weeks, have been asking for an Invoice for a legitimate recharge transaction. Responses received from @airtelindia, "Team is working on it", but no resolution has been provided yet, reflecting negligence. Kindly help @DoT_India

Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence am your one small customer, But M fed up of Your services. In january 2021 I ported My Sim into Airtel for better services But I just got the Worst. Data and Callun services are so much poor in indoor locations. Help Me out. M tired of complaining
