it's been more than 4 days and all that you could do is linger on the issue even more making different excuses. Pathetic experience @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Would never recommend #AirtelXstream to anyone. #AirtelCares is a Lie !

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my fiber connection is 054247357379_dsl down from 8th sept. , I have tried registering a complaint but the technician team is not able to rectify it. I'm facing huge work backlog. I am fed up from your service and thinking to switch to Jio fiber.

@airtelindia After 36 hrs today at 3pm, an execute Ambrish Mishra called me and asked what is the issue but didn't come to my home to resolve the issue. I called him just now to ask the reason for him not coming and he gave a pity excuse that he didn't have ladder. (Part 2/3)

@JioCare Kindly do make necessary arrangements to replace or service the JioFi module asap, else I would probably change over to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence as I have been suffering with this JioFi connection for the past few months!
