@airtelindia , your support is forcing loyal customers quit. eg SR# 131050296 for broadband marked resolved multiple times without anyone contacting or visiting. No resolution in 10 days. Also DTH not working for 6 days despite complaints. How to escalate grievances?

@airtelindia I am customer of airtel broadband from last 13 years but it looks like now airtel is loosing grip of the business because customers are suffering so much. It is taking forever for airtel to provide an update of the logged SR.
