    @airtelindia , your support is forcing loyal customers quit. eg SR# 131050296 for broadband marked resolved multiple times without anyone contacting or visiting. No resolution in 10 days. Also DTH not working for 6 days despite complaints. How to escalate grievances?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence kindly reach out to me to solve my problem with my Airtel digital TV... All your dashboards are bull shot . Couldn't even connect to your customer care. Thank god i was about to port my cellphone number to Airtel ...but did not do that yet..

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia still not solved my problem, if I call IVR then I'm not even able to select any of the options, then why are you keeping customer care numbers?? So so disappointed by your service and I'll wait for 4 days. If still issue exist, Im out from airtel,

    @airtelindia Its been one week with very slow and unstable cellular data services in my local area, fortunately @VodafoneIN_News internet is there to help me finish my office work, @airtelindia any hope for batter services, at least for data for which i have already paid.

    @airtelindia I am customer of airtel broadband from last 13 years but it looks like now airtel is loosing grip of the business because customers are suffering so much. It is taking forever for airtel to provide an update of the logged SR.
