    Absolutely unacceptable service. Promised resolution within 4 hours, yet no technician has even visited and my internet remains down. Now the complaint has been shamelessly marked “closed” without fixing anything. This is not customer service. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Not only has your service team failed to show up despite repeatedly rescheduling my Wi-Fi appointment, but there is absolutely no response to my complaint on Twitter either. This is not the level of service expected from Airtel.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia count your days. I’m porting to @JioCare as soon as my current recharge expires. I’ve been an Airtel customer for 6 years, but for the past month your 5G speeds have been absolutely terrible.

    @Airtel_Presence After my repeated complaints, an engineer named Manish Vohra called me and stated that there was nothing wrong with my connection on his end. I informed him that the router is the root cause and must be replaced. He hung up. The problem persists. 1087 @kiran_stories @airtelindia
