@airtelindia I wanted to change my Airtel number from prepaid to postpaid and bout a request on Airtel thanks app. Till now there is no confirmation whether my number has become postpaid as yet or not. Confirmation is still awaited. Very poor customer care service.

@airtelindia Worst experience with Airtel...after 15 days of follow up we got the new SIM and the SIM is pending for activation since last 5 days ...every day and night we have been following up with the Airtel store and the 121 team and no resolution at all..

@airtelindia I have been using high speed 4g data since 1year . In the same place now facing problem for 4g network. I am very upset for this poor service of airtel network. Place is same but when i used 4g airtel network in past , now I am using 2g network. Please resolve it.

@TRAI Every month @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence they are doing fraud with me. I had recharged my phone but I am unable to use service upto 3-4 days and thier customer service is worst . Kindly go through it and resolve these issues or take strict action against them.
