  @airtelindia your broadband AND 4g network has been down for more than 4 hours today. And this is not a one off thing , it was also down on 19th april for around 4-5 hours . There is no clarity from airtel customer care on what the problem is . this is pathetic.

  @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Anyone responsible in Airtel, who can help, to get rid of "HARRASMENT", received for installation of DTH and Broadband..the order for stands cancelled ref no.122294288. getting 3 calls every day for installation, but no response on refund. @TRAI.
