Augustine Ashal (@Augustine_ashal) reported@airtelindia dth reminder is hell. sms starts coming relentlessly 7 days before pack expiry. when the tv is on, the on-screen reminder doesn’t go away for more than a minute. automated calls come daily. if the number is blocked, an sms still arrives saying they tried to call about pack expiry. and whatsapp messages are another irritant. why the hell are you doing this? and when there are genuine concerns or complaints, you guys don’t respond. ai support is hell. throw your airtel thanks app in the bin, it’s disgusting. registered a request to relocate airtel fiber from ground floor to first floor. no response for 3 months. but when i requested a new connection, it was done in a day and the ground floor one was cancelled. what exactly are you guys trying to prove here? you must be smoking some hell of a stone.

I raised a WiFi shifting request on 31st July 2026, but even after several days, there has been no resolution. Despite multiple follow-ups, your team is neither processing the request nor providing a clear update. This kind of delay is unacceptable, especially when customers depend on your broadband for work and daily use. Kindly resolve my WiFi shifting request on priority instead of making customers wait endlessly.
