@airtelindia @VittalGopal Don't think anyone is bothered about customer care at #Airtel. The IVR is nothing but pure irritation. When you call to complain about something, and after 3-4 mins for each attempt, the IVR cuts the call making decisions by itself.

@airtelindia Is there anyway to charge prepaid account by balance.. I did not see a single option.. Only pre set plans..Since when Airtel Service lost logical reasoning and rationality.. All you can do is make life difficult for users..

I've been using Bharti fibre for a while. They stop internet service for at least 3 hours each time. When we call them, they don't pick up; the only thing they leave in their message is a time and nothing else. Very pathetic experience. 😡 @airtelindia kindly retweet.
