    @airtelindia I have an issue on Airtel dongle. And contact to cc but the agent was very irresponsible and couldn’t resolve the issue. Agent was working are not useless fellow and transfer the cal to supervisor his name Prasad that person also very careless answer and cut the call

    @airtelindia You claim to solve every problem of customer. My xstream fiber cable is broken from 10 days I have made complaints about it but nothing has done till now @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Airtel in Delhi was very good but in greater Noida I paid 6months advance by trusting them and it has been 4 days since my connection started but I'm unable to use internet as it shows connected,no internet and even after repetitive calls the issue is not resolved.

    @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia what r you doing.. it's unbelievable. I am complaining about internet connection problem but no one is looking into this.. regretting why I port my sim card.. hope less network..

    You wont understand because the fact is you guys haven't had faced such frustrating issue . If you had have faced such issues you would have act on it. Every complain which i give the @airtelindia gives me reply with we are working on network. Does it takes years to fix .
