I think @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is not interested in receiving payments from customer end, CC ignoring the customer request & charging excess amount in every bill. regarding this v wrote multiple mail as well, whr should v go to solve our problems.

I am now porting out my spare number out of Airtel - for this I have received about 50+ calls since yesterday. Perhaps it is a bug. Each executive reads out of the same script, and regardless of what I say repeats the script. I am at my wits end with @airtelindia ,never again n/n
