@airtelindia ur services disappointed me. gud network but bad customer service. I've chosen extra data plan on 13 sep of rs251 but till now I'm unable to use it. It shows me data in thanks app but after daily limit other pack didn't started at all.Can you resolve this issue?

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had applied to port my number from Vodafone to your company but then changed the plan. However your executive took ₹500 cash and is still not returning it. Please sort this out or I'll have to file a complaint
