    @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. Without broadband for over a week. Long resolution period, service engineer would amend appointment at his wims and convenience and status service request as resolved also without actually having atyended, disowns responsibility.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I surrendered my Airtel Xtream & broadband Combo connection 4 months back. I was told that my refund would be credited in 45 days but I still haven’t received my refund. Tried contacting Airtel but got no response. HELP.Have sent my details via DM.

    @airtelindia the company that doesn't value their old customer. For Airtel fiber 3599 plan is 6 month for old customer. And for new customer same package in 3000. So I think dont become old customer of Airtel. Go for other fibers.

    @airtelnews @airtelindia How difficult for a giant to help me change my internet plan to one year and make me pay for a one year subscription. With continuous requests since June and multiple one hour calls, I am still not able to pay my subscription. #WorstCustomerService
