My Wi-Fi is still NOT restored despite repeated complaints and follow-ups. SR 1103758290 was marked “RESOLVED” without any engineer visit or actual resolution. Customer Care again told me today that the issue was fixed from the backend, but my Airtel Black indicator is still RED. I’m attaching a live video as proof. I need an actual technical resolution, not another backend update or false complaint closure. Please urgently intervene, arrange an engineer visit and restore my service. What’s the point of booking a slot? They don’t even pick up my calls. Please fix this permanently. Or I will discontinue.
