Worst customer service by @airtelindia ,booked Airtel DTH connection last Thursday. No installation happened yet. Called customer service several times, they only promise,but don't fulfill. @airtelindia learn to respect customers.

@faheem_khan_dev @airtelindia It looks like , it is overloaded in your area. I moved to VI after 15 years .. they raised 9 tickets over 6 months but couldn't resolve issue . Switch to less consumer base network in your area .. these guys give talk politely on social media with fake commitment
