And one more thing, if we use your network well even for 10 minutes, you send fifty percent scolding messages at once, I don't think we use that much MB in 10 minutes. @airtelindia @airtelnews

No one in @airtelindia takes responsibility properly. Worst customer support ever. @Airtel_Presence They don't even know how to read a mail properly. They don't even read the complete mail before reverting. It's an harrasment to the customers. @VittalGopal

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence 2 days passed since I mentioned about my problem - No networks on traveling abroad. No call received, no action taken. No sms no OTP means you are absolutely useless without a working sim. Please solve the issue
