Mainly with just a click channels get activated and you need to spend extra for that. If you remove that with in seconds also you need to pay the bill of entire month.

I want a refund for 5-6 months of WiFi charges due to your technical issue, during which the WiFi didn't work at all, yet you charged me the full amount
