I am gold Customer of @airtelindia . Currently I am facing a connectivity issue. I can't able to access 4G internet and to voice quality is very bad. I complimented to airtel but I found that they said my problem is resolve at 12 January another swap the sim card.

Hello @airtelindia Currently i can't able to access 4G internet and to voice quality is very bad. I complimented to airtel but I found that they said my problem is resolve at 12 January another swap it. Please solve it if not then refund my recharge money and port it with jio.

@airtelindia Increase the recharge rate but the service is very useless, even the internet does not work and even after complaining, they do not do any solution. Loss belongs to the customer only.

@airtelindia We are doing follow up since Nov and sent email several time related to network issue reference number 31-3778738308200 but not getting response from your side. Your one of the executive had visited our site and found issue and said we will revert but its after more them 65 days

@airtelindia how does one get resolution to complaints involving answers to questions which your 'assistant' and IVR do not deal with? How come no human available to talk to?
