    @airtelindia I am on 1 year unlimited 5G plan and now after 2GB speed goes down heavy around 0.5 MBPS, I was working previously and my Area have strong 5G internet... No support worked nothing working... Don't sell the **** that you can't deliver.

    Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, if this is the level of service you're going to provide, it would honestly be better to stop selling SIMs altogether. One complaint hasn't been resolved for 3 months straight. This is not service, it's negligence.

    I have been facing an issue with @airtelindia services that whenever the power goes out within few minutes the cellular data services goes down with it, I can understand that wifi is dependent on power but why cellular. Tried caling cstr care but in vain. Can I complain to @trai
