Had worst experience with @airtelindia broadband installation process. First they assigned different area engineer and when he denied to come, they didn't re-assign anyone despite saying installation will be done in 24 hrs after payment. @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia U have worst coustomer service and dth installation services. They will cancle without any reason and they bring dth and ask extra fee for installation if we complain coustomer num they will not realspon correctly for local we should pay extra money even if it's free

@airtelindia No action being taken on 10034952559 this complaint. internet is down for more than 24 hours. One technician showed up yesterday 5 hours after complaint and promised to resolve within 1 hour. After that he vanished and neither internet the guy is back.
