@airtelindia Even after having an active data pack, post daily limit internet is not working. Diagnosis in the airtel app not able to get the info of active pack apart from daily limit and asking to recharge again.

@airtelindia has the worst customer support. They don't have any solution to sim swap/replacement rejection. They want their customer to visit from one circle to another to replace the sim card. How pathetic!! Even after repeated calls/escalation nobody is bothered to resolve.
