Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Just a friendly suggestion. Better you should shutdown your network services in our area completely. There will be no change with this kind of poor infrastructure you are maintaining in our village. Don’t take rural customers for granted.

@Airtel_Presence Nobody reached out to me till date. Wifi has been down for 4 days. @airtelindia @TRAI they won't return the call, I can't register complaints as well. And I'm paying for a full month. And the internet is down 3-4 days every month. No carry forward no refunds nothing. #pathetic

@airtelindia postpaid plan is unlimited internet but when u cross 100gb usage off high speed internet your restricted to dead slow internet, wa what a scam. Every month I regret for taking airtel connection. Wrost customer service ever
