    @airtelindia Hey @airtelindia, I emailed your Grievance Officer 5 days ago. Did the email get "escalated" into the same black hole as my broadband? Vivek, Anurag, Sai, Soyab... a whole village of Airtel staff and not a single functional brain cell or Wi-Fi signal. Impressive

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia In Australia, a major network outage led to a public apology from the CEO. In India, many users see “5G” but experience very poor speeds, with little accountability. Customers paying for 5G deserve real 5G performance. #5GIndia #Airtel #PoorService

    @DealsDhamaka If the subscription is paused with no payment details, you are safe. No, there won’t be any charges in postpaid bill. I checked with Airtel customer care. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Service request 11034720096 of 9 July. More than 48 hours since internet went down. All it needs is a junction box which just doesn't arrive. Now service engineers trying to fix it without the box. Won't last. Grave deficiency of service.
