    Too Bad experience to call customer care of @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia on this number 98784 34865 Every time i call they disconnect my call without resolving my problem.@TRAI My problem still pending from last 5 Months.Totally poor network.

    @airtelindia what a pathetic internet service u provide? Or is it a deliberate practice u hv started following to push people for ur priority plan? I'm not able to open a single page let alone streaming a video. I'm paying 530 rs per month and have 200 gb data of no use to me.

    @airtelindia I regret for buying 3 Postpaid i recently changed from Vodafone to Airtel and made payment for New Wifi also but 4 days no one called and just playing around pathetic service cancel all my connections.

    @airtelindia Just after launching the Priority Postpaid, or so-called 'Fast Lane' service, Airtel seems to have cheated prepaid customers. Many prepaid users are experiencing only 30–40 Mbps speeds despite paying for unlimited 5G. Can Airtel disclose the promised or expected 5G

    @airtelindia plz look why services is down for only one user in is your server hack ? Yesterday night saying issue resolve at 6am phr 9am phir 3 pm , now 9 PM As checked, Airtel Services are down in your area. The expected time for this to be resolved is 10/6/2026 9:00:00 PM

    @TRAI An open alert to all to all @airtelindia post paid users travelling abroad. Even if by chance your data is on when you switch on the phone or change it from airplane mode as soon as you get the welcome to xyz country message from @airtelindia and the local provider details the next message was that since I did not have a international roaming pack on and had reached the daily limit of non roaming pack use they had activated a pack of ₹824 and odd paise. After communicating with different names the standard reply was “we are looking into the matter and will get back to you”. Nearly a month now and now I have received the bill with the ₹824 showing as outstanding dues. Frankly with the attitude of the operators and the reluctance of authorities to take any action am not very hopeful of any kind of resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I know for a fact that airtel doesn’t care about their customers but still just want to let you know that my wifi installation is still pending since 10 days, neither the customer support is supporting not the assigned engineer is coming.
