  @airtelindia My service reference no. 658392055 for your Airtel Digital TV ID 3039794512 is resolved without any solution then what is the point of complaining. They call and say we can't resolve this as it's service level issue and close it without consent.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have an Airtel SIM card registered in my name that I originally obtained in Rajasthan, but for some reason, it is not working. I visited an Airtel office in Gorakhpur, UP, but was told that the SIM could only be issued from Rajasthan.

  @airtelindia Very bad service in sector 5 gurgaon. Few days back your service was down for hrs. Now again my wifi is down since past 2 days. On 25 aug I had booked slot for today's 11:30 hr. But no Engineers came. Today also Engineers say's "कोई बात नहीं "। No time frame

  @airtelindia I am facing a major issue where most of my used websites and apps are not working when my Airtel WiFi is on but as soon as I switch to mobile data it works fine. Paying so much and not getting access to apps like swiggy is crazy! Any fix? @airtelindia why blocking?

  @airtelindia I am currently in Rwanda with active international roaming, but my phone is showing Emergency Calls Only with no network connectivity. I have already shared my number via DM. Kindly check and resolve this issue at the earliest, unable to use my mobile services.

  @airtelindia since 16 years I have been using Airtel, but from past one month your services are pathetic with regular call drops, no call connect in single dial, network loss in regular intervals,Madhya pradesh Ratlam location.look into the matter,option will be porting

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Please hire educated persons for 198 complaint care. They don't know basic things about call forwarding. Why call forwarding is a big deal and one have to dial mmi*# code things to activate? Can't it be done in the mobile application? @geekyranjit

  Iam sure Airtel and their customers know it has the world worst customer service App. It’s almost 5days and I can’t raise a complaint.. there is no option to submit a complaint . Temporary congestion for 5days? And enter valid information of the information you already have? Screen shot of the App and WhatsApp bot @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
