I need a new sim of my existing connection with @Airtel_Presence of prepaid to be delivered as old sim card is not functioning properly @airtelindia. If you don't process my request within 2 days I shall port to @JioCare and use their delivery service and get my number ported.

I get these messages from @airtelindia 1. Service interrupted. We are trying to restore. Sorry (once every 2 days) 2. Service resumed. Sorry for inconvenience. (A few hours every time after 1 above) 3. Bill sent. Pay now or we disconnect. @Airtel_Presence Option 3 better. No?
