  When will @airtelindia improve their service Internet keeps on disconnecting frequently then what’s the use of wifi ? Your customer service is worst technician never arrives on time keeps on delaying. Your support on call doesn’t solve problem even though they can.

  @airtelindia please change the frequency/transponder of @unite8sports channel as it is lagging and some time no signal message is coming in clear weather, other channels are doing well please look into this matter on priority basis

  Stupid bot at airtel thanks app, does understand simple query like, how to update address. Stupid answers: update email address, update mobile number. Doesn't even give option to open ticket when it fails to understand a query. @airtelindia
