It appears that the focus is more on charging the customer rather than genuinely addressing and resolving the problem.   @airtelindia got disappointed by ur service store located at fergussion college road Pune. Visited for new esim, but ur employee said esim has been banned for prepaid. You will need to convert it to postpaid. Same I got done from private vendor seating nearby ur store. @TRAI

  @airtelindia I pay 1800 a month for my internet connection. Lately I have been facing trouble with my wifi connection and I haven’t been able to catch hold of a person to help. It’s been a month. @Airtel_Presence the thanks app doesn’t help either.
