I think @airtelindia is no more interested for Customer comfort. Because I have called them around 15 calls in a queue. Although, I visit there office too.

@airtelbank @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia so I use one app and if any issue deal with 3 different teams of airtel - holy s***. The biller is airtel only the receiver is also airtel only. Such a f***** up company.
