I expected reliable service and responsive support from a company like Airtel, but this experience has been extremely frustrating. Please resolve this issue immediately and improve your customer support.

    Follow-up: Tweeted on Saturday AND sent an email, yet still ZERO resolution! 5+ days without network on a basic replacement SIM. Is anyone actually checking support emails? Activate my line immediately! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia is fraud. I did a recharge of 1198 IR. There were no signals. Tried manual network selection. All trouble shooting done but no luck. Airtel India has the audacity to tell that refund cannot be given. How dare you keep my money for absolutely nothing in return
