@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence No resolution so far. Despite briefing everything & accepting everything no resolution. This is how u treat a long term customer ? In one city you don't charge installation charges whereas in another u are charging. Why such malpractice is ongoing ?

Unable to even make a call, network is so pathetic. Even if i complain, no lookout. @airtelindia has pathetic network and to top it, hell bad of a customer service.

@ViCustomerCare - How long will you take to resolve this .. Terrible service. 4G not working, calls not going through, dropping. And the worst of all your customer service is the worst... I am going to go to another network @airtelindia or @reliancejio
