    Dear @airtelindia , I have a postpaid CUG SIM, which was damaged. I was told by your support team, that I should replace with new SIM Card and told me to mail SIM no on your support team mail id. I mailed on Friday, still issue have not been resolved. #airtel #trai

    For the instant solution of customers issues related Airtel services, Airtel care office's should be opened @ tehsil level. It's not good to go district office (Amravati) for different issues. Also charges should be same for same services. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
