On an average I am facing 2-3 times internet issue in a month that means about 7 days in a week I am not able to use the internet then why you charging for those days.   @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream It's been 9 days since I requested a simple name correction on my Airtel IPTV account as per my KYC. Instead of a resolution, I've received delays, repeated assurances, and closed complaints. This has been an extremely frustrating exp.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Everyday i have been reporting the issue with my wifi network which stops at its own and starts after a long day at his own whims and fancies, for what are we paying you i guess for the services which are not functioning.. kindly look into the issue.

  My Wifi connection was disconnected and lodged complaint on 1st July. But till now not rectified. Im unable to browse internet from my mobile network because here in my area airtel signals are very poor. So I'm requesting you solve my problem as soon as possible. @airtelindia

  @airtelindia My experience with airtel is far from satisfactory, every month i pay the bill and what i get in return is half of the service. In a month more than 15 days wifi is not working, this time also wifi not working since past 5 days. My number is 9691002221

  @hvgoenka @airtelindia jokes with customer in india and claims to be world class actually it was spelling mistake it has to be third class . It says for complaint # 311000014658198 , it will be repaired by 15th July , Airtel to BSNL ka baap nikla

  Why is Airtel misleading its customers to such an extent? Airtel advertises that its ₹1,200 recharge plan includes unlimited 5G internet, clearly stating that the unlimited 5G benefit is available only in areas with 5G network coverage. That part is understandable. @airtelindia
