@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia My broadband connection is not working for last 4 days. Even after lodging a complaint no one bothered to visit my place and check the connection. Pathetic service. Feeling helpless.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, Amazon membership fee was added wrongly to my bill. I tried to call the customer care to explain that 20 days before. I was told, it will be canceled and the bill will show the new, reduced amount. But still it is showing the same in My Airtel app.
