    @airtelindia Check your helpdesk escalation manager Vivek Patel, Nidhi, Nishant, Mrigendra, Prakash, Kunal et. I called on 4/10/25 December and 3/6/8/10/11 January. Sent several mails to 121, south nodal, apllate authority, no response/resolution for my issue of not able to claim OTT promised

    So, he contacted the ground team of @airtelindia @airtelbroad and they would just tell to contact some other guy for the same. Now he is wasting 2-3 hours everyday in contacting people of customer support and ground team but still nothing has happened.

    Hey @airtelindia facing issue in data services and calls r also not connecting. From last 8 day's facing issue no resolution is there. If we delay 1 day to pay your dues u charge penalty. If u r not providing services from last 8 days u should also reduce bill @Airtel_Presence
