Purchased new Airtel Xtreme fiber on 22 Dec 2022 and Airtel has been cancelled due to technical issue but amount not yet refunded and I recommend do not take this fiber. Worse customer service we @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

@BDUTT @airtelindia @airtelindia has pathetic service evn I opted for broadband connection&it didn't worked,sales person told me tht INR1500 for 3mnths service charge due to bad service I asked thm to proceed with disconnection&refund amount.Thy disconnected bt refund not received yet. DISAPPOINTED

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am Airtel Black Customer facing Wifi outrage since 26th Dec. Raised multiple complaints, no resolution yet. Please resolve the issue urgently. As you promise the services are not upto the mark. My work has been affected working on mobile network.
