    Everyone is happy with launch of 5G, but even 4G is not working in many places. I'm using Airtel @Airtel_Presence and there service is getting worse day by day. Today, it took me 20mins to upload 180kb of pdf. Thanks to @airtelindia 🥲.

    @airtelindia I've been using airtel for a very long and the network in my area is worse than before. There's literally no network when inside the house. We need to come outside to call someone. Internet speed is even worse can't play an 720p video on YouTube. It keeps buffering.

    @airtelindia i have activated international roaming on my number and have followed the instructions as per ur message but still i don't see any signal. Your Airtel thanks app also is not able to be of any use. I am stuck.. please look into this asap

    @airtelindia Airtel I have a request to you that you should first improve your 4G network then launch 5G because since I came from Jio to Airtel, I have got 2G service in the name of 4G only. #Bycottairtel #JioTrue5G #Airtel5G

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia When there is a blind spot in metro city for 4G connection, how would I expect that the newly launched 5G will work properly? Try to accomplish your basic responsibility. Provide the present service properly.

    Have been trying & unable to reach out to your customer support team. My SIM is not working for the past 4 days. Tried swapping with sim slots, mobiles, rebooting the mobile & checked with other Sims and the slots are fine. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Hi Team, I tried to visit your center and tried sms channel as well to get esim for my airtel number. Not working despite email showing there on myairtel app Please connect in DM to help with Qr code or help attach email with number.
