  @airtelindia are you facing bankruptcy? In the last few months, every other week the Wi-Fi services take a hit for 4-6 hours without prior notice. This never happened before with seamlessly service. Other broadband services are doing well in our area.

Earlier complaints were never registered. No compensation was offered. No validity extension was confirmed. No temporary solution was provided.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence i’ve been trying to get an secondary IP TV connection since last week, however, your Customer Care has no idea. They book it and in turn DTH people call and they cancel the order. Please help
