@airtelindia has made completely impossible to talk to customer care representative without filling their pockets. All of their phone numbers are paid. Can't even raise a complaint via official app or website. Even Nodal officer number on TRAI website is a fake one.

@JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia Issue not resolved by JioFiber in last 2 months, inspite of continuous follow-ups through chat, mails. Even going through appellate complaints. Cheat cases normal from JioFiber sales executives. They keep on deceiting customers.

@reliancejio @JioFiberVoice I am facing problem in receiving calls in Jio Fiber on the landline number registered in my smartphone. The person calling me can hear the dial tune, but I don't get call. Jio customer care is unable to help me. Should I switch to @airtelindia ???

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia A year back I was able to work remotely with VPN with your plan. But recently it seems after using just 2 hrs of VPN, 90% data gets exhausted. I have spent 15 yrs in IT & this is quite a crap service. #AirtelDown #Bogus #airteldataloot

One of the worst service center of @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Is at Koppikar Road, staff even doesn't even respond properly to customer and you'll give big advertisement that wen a customer comes to you'll ull respond immediately but reality is something else in ground level

NEVER EVER GO FOR @airtelindia internet and DTH service. Fraud company @Airtel_Presence. Neither completing installation or refunding the money.
