@airtelindia after multiple mails I am yet to get any resolution. Not able to make/receive calls in Albania. International roaming is on but no package is taken. Still I should able to make/receive calls, right? Pathetic service!

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Account no. 7042319978 No facility extended for landline calling so far since the date of installation of new connection. It's been more than 3 months. Matter may plz be resolved at the soonest. Reply to @Gsdey_2020 with solution. No excuses, plz.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews Poor Service, Visited Airtel store and contacted customer care several time but no success. Just asked for a DUPLICATE SIM CARD but no body from Airtel had any solution to that since 3 weeks after all the required docs have been submited
