@airtelindia two SIM cards have gone bad in 4 months. Checked for retail stores in Vasco, is present only online, physically when I went it's not there. Called 121 from another Airtel number, it doesn't help in any way. App doesn't work as SIM isnt connecting. What should one do?

I spent Rs. 1500 on the @Airtel Black plan. DTH installation is still pending after four days of booking. If you cancel, your refund will come in 45 days. India's best network for a reason. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia We have a Business Fiber Account of Airtel. Our Net is down since 3 days and being a business account, we have suffered loosing productivity. We have raised the complaint to Airtel but no one is responding. The person assigned the ticket is not picking up the phone.
