One of their executives openly used threatening language when he wasn't able to respond to simple queries. Even after multiple complaints, applet escalation, no use and complaint closed without informing customer

    @airtelindia I disconnected my Wi-Fi in Jan 2026, cleared all dues, and requested account closure. Yet I still receive 10+ calls every day demanding payment while you keep increasing the bill. This is customer harassment. Close my account, stop billing me, and stop calling!!!!
