I had to raise a request for disconnection of my broadband connection after getting irritated. I was in need to shift my broadband, but no resolution by your team. I did wait for 4 days. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Improve your services.

My parents, who are senior citizens, living in Pune have been thoroughly disappointed with Airtel broadband service. They and I have made a number of complaints, but we have received no service. The Airtel engineers have not kept their appointment even once. @Airtel @airtelindia

@airtelindia : Hi Airtel, Recently I’m having a worst experience with xtream broadband, there are couple of complaints raised with Customer care and it’s all falling on deaf ears. I’ve been facing a very bad speed which is impacting the work. It’s been 10 days and ticket is open.

Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia We are using airtel broadband from last 8 years. But now the broadband service are worst. We are even not able to load page frequently. The worst ever experience with airtel.

@airtelindia airtel is not providing upto the mark network, after so many complaints of network issues since 5 months ur agents are closing tickets without resolving it, actually you don't have any solution for the customer, ur just making money from us. Worst service by airtel
