    Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my Airtel Xstream Fiber has stopped working. The GPON LED is red, indicating a fiber/optical link issue. I've already restarted the router, but the problem persists. Please check the line or arrange a technician visit at the earliest. #Airtel

    @airtelindia worst service I have ever seen in my life changed my SIM card second time within 4 days still no service in my phone. I have converted it to postpaid still not getting service. Is this your brand Airtel making fool? Wasting my money on your sim card

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Second complaint in 2 days. SR: 11035027307 New SR: 11035215736 Previous issue was only temporarily fixed. Same problem again. My work is affected. Please assign an experienced engineer and provide a permanent resolution urgently.
