I tested the SIM in both slots, and another Airtel SIM works normally in the same phone. Please check and help.

No proactive updates, agents unresponsive & deadlines keep shifting. Please escalate this immediately and provide a firm resolution.

Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. But that’s not being allowed either. Paying charges all month.
