    Absolutely the most horrific customer service experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence last 2 days, it is so unfortunate that Indian companies never manage to keep up a consistently uniform experience

    Never thought @airtelindia will be like this, their sales person promised to install the wifi in 24 hours , after getting the money he booked installation and post that has not been picking up my calls installation engineer called saying new building installation not possible

    Wtf @airtelindia already stopped unlimited 5g services for prepaid users even though I've unlimited 5g pack, this is straight up fraud and violation of users rights, fix this issue asap.
