    Hey @airtelindia , 2 days without internet and your customer care is just using a generic statement"issue in your area" like a broken record. 🤖 Had to use email just to get a ticket created, but I guess follow-ups aren't in your budget? Big company energy, zero technician energy

    @airtelindia pathetic customer care! I have been requesting for disconnection of WiFi and many interaction in August. during one interaction without my knowledge someone at backend team changed my phone and WiFi plan to one Airtel plan which I never had requested for. Help pl!

    Hey @airtelindia, my Wi-Fi's been out for over two days now. I called customer service, and they just said there was an outage and engineers were on it, but they wouldn't give me a timeline for when it'd be fixed. You guys owe me for these two days. Provide me area manager no.?

    @airtelindia atleast upgrade your bot that it can understand our network related queries i have reported a issue from 6-8-2026 still they are not resolving it why so delay in it i am unable to use my internet on my phone

    @airtelindia Airtel network has been completely down in Aloosa, Bandipora, J&K for the past month. I recharged my number but couldn’t use the internet. Customer care misbehaved and even told me to “port out of Airtel.” Is this how you treat customers? Please fix the issue. #Adown

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Now able to view DD Tamil chnl, chnl #820. Seems you would work only when complaint raised on public forum. Your automated customer service number is just waste of time. Chatbot does not have appropriate options. Worthless & stupid.

    Hi @airtelindia , with all the progress to internet connectivity that you claim how is it that you need 2 days to even have an agent look at internet issue. And the agent diesnot respond. In a place like bangalore where you have your center for service.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence every alternate day the WiFi stops working for 5-6 hours in Kalbadevi Can’t understand what kind of service is this. We are facing tremendous problems and bussiness loss because of this. Hope Airtel understands the situation

    @airtelnews @airtelindia pathetic service ..i m not getting any sms since morning including bank otp..complaints logged twice but executive refused to share complain no saying this is our rule. Either resolve or @ViCustomerCare please help me to port to your network

    @VarlinPanwar @airtelindia @airtelnews This is everywhere, they actually give contracts to local vendors which often lack professional approach towards customers and hardly take any pain in problem resolution
