    @Airtel_Presence @RBI @airtelindia #airtelpaymentsbanksucks Account has been frozen since 1st Feb. Even after submitting all the requested docs, it's not activated. Just waste of time on call every day. I don't want to continue with your shit Banking services. delete my account.

    @airtelindia Hotstar free subscription is not activated in my mobile for one year recharge. Customer care disconnected my call when I asked this question. Finally someone answered after few attempt. CC mentioned extra data added instead of Hotstar pack without any intimation.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @TRAI I'm airtel black customer. Regarding my network issue I asked for waiver last month I got it. But in this month I call your customer service many times still now I didn't get it. Totally disappointed. Please help me.

    @airtelindia its been just 9 months of new sim, sim gets e-damage as per knowledge of customer service, n i have to buy new sim for which i have to pay 50. Is it some kind of scam done by telecom industry

    Service at phenomenal speed is by airtel internet. From applying to installation, a flat 24 hrs with a sundatin between. Kudos @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Your team can give commitments during calls to stop cancellation, but later denies everything saying “no provision available.” This is not professional customer support. Stop sending generic replies and arrange an immediate callback on my registered number

    @ThePlacardGuy @airtelindia Airtel is anti indian & always against the Indian government & policies.. they don't play fair game. Is this not discrimination between post paid and prepaid. If prepaid customers are not able to get digital service, then our digital India dream will be shattered.

    Wifi was down yesterday when I can eback home. The @airtelindia guys came and fixed it. It was because of the winds, and our cables weren't affected, so they did not charge us. They were supposed to come tomorrow, but since there were a lot of such cases, they came today itself.
