@airtelindia Hotstar free subscription is not activated in my mobile for one year recharge. Customer care disconnected my call when I asked this question. Finally someone answered after few attempt. CC mentioned extra data added instead of Hotstar pack without any intimation.

@TRAI I newly ported to @reliancejio from @airtelindia. I paid my due amt to airtel 5 days ago but despite that my phone service is blocked. Both operators are pointing fingers at each other saying the other has blocked my phone. No response from either. Please help.
