Customer care disconnected my call when I asked this question. Finally someone answered after few attempt. CC mentioned extra data added instead of Hotstar pack without any intimation.

But, I completed my KYC long ago consequent to which I was given access to banking section of the app. Pls, fix this bug and do the needful.
