@TRAI @airtelindia So whats the deal with refunding security deposits once a customer moves to a different service provider? You enjoyed that deposit for over 20 years along with the interest that accrued, when it comes to refund, you guys go silent. I am going to raise my voice

@ACTFibernet just got the connection one day back and constant issues with network- it shows up but does it work — I shifted from @airtelindia expecting better from you but you too aren’t any good! I surely can’t wait 24 hrs for ur ppl to fix —- this is harassment and I regret!

Would be better if you could give me a refund for no service being provided for half the time so that I can send the money to someone who gives a better service and money would be used properly @ACTFibernet I hope ur service is better in Vijayawada than this @airtelindia maybe u

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I had raised request to deinstall my DTH connection for 5th August as I am shifting to new house today, but no one from Airtel contacted me. If I call 121 it doesn't connect me to cx support. lf I visit Airtel store they are clueless,non supportive.
