    @airtelindia Am I paying the money to just fulfill the need of airtel. I am getting 0 mbps of speed, from months I am trying to connect to airtel customer service, what I getting 11 days time from IVR. Nothing is happening at all. Can airtel tell me am I asking services for free.

    @airtelindia is the worst in terms of customer service. They removed talk to executive option in 198 helpline and you can only manually register complaint and wait 7 days for resolution 👎🏻@Airtel_Presence
