    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In my area 5G speeds are capped to 300 Mbps. Please fix it. Change QAM & Site Backhaul Capping From 300 Mbps to 1Gbps. This is very bad experience. I will DM you my number.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have opened a ticket regarding my airtel digital TV set-top box not working on 31st Mar. Till now issue is not resolved. Very pathetic service from airtel. Complaint number 122094475. #airteldish #airtelcares

    @airtelindia The contact center is useless. WE paid for DTH on 01Apr23 and till date DTH is not provisioned. You sure know how to piss off a new customer. The Sales Guy who took the money is MIA.

    ..@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia data usage software is terribly dubious..it suddenly says 2 GB over even if don't download any file/watch Ytube..and if u tell them they don't fix it..they have been scamming me for last few weeks..switching to other operator..

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence since 3 days past I have applied and made payment for broadband extreme. It was supposed to be installed the same day. The day never showed up.

    The previous time period waw 70-84 days now you guys can do whatever you can because I called the jio customer care and he is telling me that now new period for deactivation is 30-84 days , this is absolutely unethical and bad @JioCare . I think @airtelindia is much better.

    We need airtel fiber in our area and customer care provides the information that it is available in your are but no one is contacting to us i have raised complaints many times but no response. More than 5 connections to install. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
