    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence there is a huge problem of internet from past 4-5 days in my area , people in my neighbourhood are also facing the same problem, a complaint was registered by me but still no one is doing anything, I request airtel to plz help (Rs pura jammu )

    @airtelindia This is with the reference that my wifi is not working and I have complained so many times but they didn't resolve the issue till date.

    @airtelindia 24th Aug I raised my first complaint which was closed without any resolution, again same thing happened on 31st Aug and then I had to literally shout on 1 Sept for you guys to take me seriously. 27 days and counting I am still not able to use my 4G services properly.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Very poor DTH Android Box support. From last three days I am keep opening tickets to get resolution for my services but Airtel support keep resolving case without solution. This is when product in warranty not sure how Airtel support OOW.
