    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

    We have been chasing @airtelindia to restore service for the last 3 months and there is no response from them. On the other hand @reliancejio has completed the survey and will put in a new leased line within the week. What a difference in attitude and customer service!

    @airtelindia If one want to keep his number active thn it's mandatory to recharge with unlimited pack. If not thn why there is no single plan of ₹35, ₹49 like other service providers offers. If u can't do this thn I'll think about switching to Jio or other any other network.

    @airtelindia horrible service. broadband terminated due to non pymnt of bills before bill generation. i think future is black. wont ever fall for your tall claims.

    @airtelindia has had not service (phone or internet) in Churchgate for the last 3-4 months due to a major cable fault in Churchgate that they haven't been able to repair! Totally ridiculous. No wonder @reliancejio is taking all the market share. (1/2)

    @airtelindia Airtel services are very poor this days unable to contact customer care when ever I enter my or my family mobile numbers it always says invalid and call get disconnected.. no other way of contact with customer care for support...
