    @airtelindia yesterday i raised request for my d2h connection, and airtel engineer looted me in name of fixing the issue and declined to provide receipt. What kind of service are you providing if your engineers doesnt have the rate list. Can you take some action here?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence customer reps have no answer to the question - why they do a 5 hour maintenance downtime on a busy Monday evening ! Who compensates for the business loss due to this outage? Wonder who’s bright idea is it? #airtelout !
