    @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

    @airtelindia learn how to properly respond to customer queries, tried talking to somebody from the customer care service and upon calling back they told me its a wrong number even though the person and number were same. Got 2 issues to be resolved ASAP

    Pathetic service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There is no network in the area since morning. I called customer care aur pucha kab network aayega ? and they said get a new sim , ye sim ab nhi chalega . WTH is going on 😤 Frustrated.....

    Hey @airtelindia please help. I need a fiber connection in my area and many more people like me but we’re not getting any connections because we haven’t any fiber optic cables nearby. I have been using ₹301 data plan for 3-4 times in a month now you’re my last hope. Please help!
