    @arunbothra @airtelindia complaints regarding slow network connection gets closed automatically without any resolution. When I reopen it, that also gets closed automatically without any resolution. And the cycle continues each time I raise a complaint.

    @airtelindia an agent came over today on an 'automatically triggered issue' when nobody had asked, entered our apartment and amazingly improved our internet speed from 250mbps to 9mbps, citing 'cable issues' that did not exist until he arrived. What customer service👏🏻 Hats off.

    Calling @airtelindia - I've never had a problem with that. It's consistently clear. @reliancejio - Did not really try even a single call.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The boasting of Airtel that it has zero complaint against is farce Lodged a complaint on 26/5 reg off air of No 3006448357 . 2 cell nos provided in Ackn msgs were switched off . More than 38 hrs gn bt Airtel yet to restore service . Don’t mislead
