  @Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

  @airtelindia Worst service by airtel customer care i have register 4 to 5 times for new wifi connection but every time Engineer says yes i am coming but still no response from their side bhai agar service provide ni kr skte to band krdo apni company even i talked with supervisor but 😡

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I tried to change my bill plan for Xtreme to 3 monthly from monthly. Customer support gave me a link to make the necessary payment, but the payment failed. Amount was debited from my bank but it was not refunded. Details in the follow-up tweet
