@Airtel_Presence , @airtelindia, from past 3 days I haven’t faced any network issues. I don’t know what you did for this but it is very great help to me. I hope this will continue long even though you get more number of customers.

You @airtelindia advertise and ask us to update our Broadband why should we update if the service is worst than the local cable guy. If it's maintenance create a backup system and i can tell it's a backend problem

@Airtel_Presence @airtelnews @airtelindia I asked for cancellation today and they accepted that. They told that Airtel doesn't have money to give new modem and no solution to issue occurred after their software update. I felt bad that Airtel took money without service and cheated me.
