  @airtelindia Third class service. Broadband not working from last 20 hrs, raised service request. Request status shows that engineer is working but in reality no one visited.

  @airtelindia I am extremely disappointed by the service and behaviour of airtel DTH Tata sky has much more professionalism then Airtel. Sending people who are addressed by there nick names. Poor service. I think Airtel needs to work on it after sales.

  Took @airtelindia digital tv connection. I was asked to pay over Rs 1500 extra if I needed the connection. Your website has Rs1810 mentioned and your customer care says it’s Rs.2000 all inclusive. Cc @ianuragthakur

  @airtelindia Pathetic customer service. I have applied for new fiber connection on 7th sep. When that kyc boy had their payment, then he stopped answered the call since. I have been calling every single day to customer service but not resolving the issue. I am going to complaint about this.

  @Airtel_Presence We are totally disappointed with the service provided by Airtel, we are holding corporate account under Ref#04442146534_tn, and connection not working for more than 2.5 months, still the issue has not been rectified, Is @airtelindia not interested for corporate??
