    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence dear team, yesterday i have booked airtel fiber and also paid the 4K in advance. the connection was supposed to be installed yesterday itself however it is not yet done. The person who came for initial kyc is not picking up the call. Can i get help

    @airtelindia Please don't choose airtel, airtel has lost its existence. Airtel network speed is no longer the same. Don't waste your money. They are making a fool of us. In my area 4G speed is like 2G. Talking about 5G, 4G can't handle it.

    @ViCustomerCare problem remain unsolved.Executives giving excuses to escape from the discussion and problem remains unsolved. Finally paid the incorrect bill and now planning to port out to @reliancejio or @airtelindia Hope this time also vi does not care to retain the customers
