Airtel don't listen or respond to complaints. That's why decided not come back to Airtel. I raised complaint for plan bill generated when connection was in safe custody. Whenever they calls back I think its regarding complaint. But again calling for bill payment. @airtelindia

Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

Being an airtel platinum member, I can advise you to NEVER, EVER opt for @airtelindia . It's the absolute worst service provider in the entire subcontinent. Internet speed is inferior to that of a 2G connection, customer care doesn't respond to complaints. @Airtel_Presence sucks.
