    I bought a new airtel broadband connection 3 months back. Since then, I’ve been regretting my decision. The wifi stops working after every 3-4 days and everytime I contact the customer care and they fix the problem and promise that the same won’t happen again. @airtelindia (1/n)

    @airtelindia Airtel services are getting pathetic complaint no 10108463996 lodged around 6.46 am not resolved even after 12 hrs whereas the file is closed without resolution. Really pathetic.

    @airtelindia @Airtelcustomer9 is there a way to actually talk with an agent and not a bot? I’ve raised complains thrice with no resolution. Kindly make apps which are actually helpful.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews 5 postpaid numbers, 1 Pre paid, and 1 broadband connection, i want to cancel these,will DM you the details in the morning. Don't want to deal with such an irresponsible service provider.
