@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @JioCare I placed a disconnection request in Airtel, no proper response and they take more days to process this, in my premises all my neighbours decided to close airtel connection just because of their pathetic service. Jio is awesome here

@airtelindia, I am living in a housing society where at least 100 flats are there. It’s Keshtopur, Kolkata. Residents are looking for some stable broadband connection. Airtel fiber is also not available here, May I know when can you start providing service here ?

@airtelindia Been a loyal customer to airtel for past many years despite jio looking lucrative but for the last 7 days I am trying to get a new broadband connection in my home to continue wfh smoothly... I get the same reply everytime 'Sir it will be done in 24hours' to no end. Disappointing

@airtelindia Your service is making me really unhappy. Your people who call are mannerless. If you don't take care of this then I am switching to Jio asap. I just ported out for shityy service by #VInetwork . Can't belive the service and how customers are treated.
