    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I subscribed for #Airtelblack plan in Oct-21 with airtel broadband and digital tv. Paid 1000 security deposit for airtel xtreme box but it's tooooo laggy to watch. Very bad experience. Now customer care team says there is lockin period of 1 year.

    @airtelindia Kindly stop giving fake ads stating u have high speed internet. It's not true at all. I'm facing issue from the day 1 and ur customer care is awesome. Still issue is not resolved. I request everyone not to fall under trap of fake ads. #NoToAirtel

    @airtelindia @AirtelPresence one of the worst broadband services .It's been more than 5 days my broadband is not working and every day you say me the say thing "issue will be fixed by today and engineer will call you "still have no idea what the issue is andwhen will it be fixed

    Hey @airtelindia Day by day your services getting worst for me. Not getting data usage alerts like 50% ,90% and 100%. And also according to my recharge plan I should get 2gb data but at 1.85gb it's exhausted completely. Hopefully you will solve this issue.
