  Every time, the issue is just passed to an engineer who never responds or resolves anything. This is highly unprofessional and frustrating. Because of this negligence, I was forced to switch to another service provider. @AirtelIndia — Is this the level of service you provide?

  @airtelindia why there is a call drop since the morning, whenever trying to call no signal and also even if call collects automatically with in 30 secs or less unable to hear voice from the other side
