  Hello @airtelindia Im facing very bad internal speed issue since 5 days. I have complaint through airtel app still didn’t get any response What’s the actual problem? Im using 4g+5g unlimited plan which is more expensive than usual plans and still im facing these issues.

  @airtelindia Wifi is not working despite the premium plan the entire day, tried calling local shop executive and also on customer care number where it's automated but no option to resolve query, what is this poor customer service?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your store is also one of the worst and even your system. Nothing fruitful ever comes out of it. I just visited it to get my WiFi issue fixed and saying engineers is not available to fix. Next month I am gonna cancel my plan and move to a local provider. Atleast they will be better than your bullshit.

  AIRTEL FIBER DOWN from over 10 Hrs, no local tech support, no application support,is this the way the No. 2 Network Provider in India gonna survive in a smart city like Indore. Very disgusting service, don’t buy airtel . @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
