    .@airtelindia .@Airtel_Presence How long does it take to solve a complaint? I am being overcharged and I still haven't gotten a proper reason for what the charge is. Shouldn't a customer be aware of every charge in his bill?

    @debidatta12 @airtelindia @RailWireIndia It's very disgusting to see this kind of service from Airtel. Most of the residents are now working from home and these kind of disruptions are putting their jobs at stake. Please investigate the issue and mitigate asap.
