    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Faltu Airtel at it again. No internet since yesterday midnight. Local service providers solve outage issues within 30 mins. Airtel is all show and no bling. Proving it again and again, worst Customer Service and Technical Support ever experienced.

    @airtelindia Xtreme fiber down since yesterday and all attempts to reach a human being end up with IVRS failing to resolve. This is not consistent with your approach of zero complaints. 062110077943 dsl. Pls resolve and compensate for loss of service I hv paid

    @airtelindia the woret customer services seen. Raised complained 3times for my broadband. Issue is getting resolved without even confirming from us. Internet is still not there and when i say to disconnect, not even taking the request.

    @airtelindia Worst customer care, even after 50 calls they were not able to resolve my Billing issue and atlast there customer blaming me for this. PLEASE DON'T USE AIRTEL BROADBAND. They are not delivering what they are promising faced a lot of problems during this pandemic due to broadband
