    @hthite @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Haha! Pretty old thread. but the problem hasn't been solved yet. Was a platinum member, had to just end the connection (hasn't ended from their end yet, being billed despite receiving confirmation on mail from them). Have written to the nodal officer too - to no avail though

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence your customer care agents keep on forwarding me from one agent to another like it is some sarkari office. Please remove your connection and refund my money so that I can look for a better alternative as I'm paying you for nothing since last 4 days.

    @airtelindia After many complaint,after talk many executive you are doing 👎your speed 13.0 kb/s last I will talk 15 days before executive from banglore team and said before 10 june your location internet issue resolved and I will call you but no response and as usual I am facing same issue👍

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @VittalGopal Tweet 1-2 Worst customer services! It takes 25minutes to reach service the agent n to hear from him - need to call back again to register a complaint. Don’t have curtesy to hear the customers.
