@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence In Rural Firozabad, as soon as Power is out , network is also lost. Facing the issue for more than a month. It's impossible to reach your support team over IVR. Resolve this or loose at least 30 village customers.

I'm extremely disappointed with Airtel service. I was operating VI sim for call network and Internet. But there network was bad so I have port my number Airtel from VI. But airtel service is worst. @airtelindia
