    @airtelindia Really surprised to see ur advertisement that shows RM will help us but this is completely fake as a customer i want to give this feedback.I m using dish & wifi connection.I took wifi connection on 3rd nov, ur CSE cen told that i will get Amazon prime & VIP hotster.

    Height of poor service encountered from your broadband team in Noida. Was not expecting this from @airtelindia after being a decade old customer. Broadband disconnected at will without any reason. @Airtel_Presence would you like to comment on this ?

    @airtelindia We called more than ten times & every time ur customer executives told,they will call & give resolution soon but till now didn't get single call from ur end.Worst services,just to attract & get the people attention showing good advertisements but reality is totally👎

    @airtelindia this regards to the poor service and about 15 days TAT for the complaint I’d 31-3783830995968. First of all the 121 service is pathetic and it’s black hole if we connect we don’t get resolution I do not see any transparency and zero complaint claimed by you.

    @airtelindia made 2 bulk packages - one halferly and one annual. still airtel keeps asking me to pay monthly. 3 complaints for refund. no action taken. hopeless service
