    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia last night the broadband was down due to some technical difficulty, called the area head & was pleasantly surprised that they already know & working on fixing it, recd a sms too with a TAT of 2hrs & was fixed in 1 hr.Superb service, thank you Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelbank complete fraud application you have, if a customer recharges for other dth provider from your app. It diverts money to mobile balance recharge. Moreover customer care says call airtel wallet customer care and vice versa.

    @airtelindia total worst internet speed , I am sending this message by using jio internet , airtel internet is so slow that it can't send any messages ... Very very disappointed service .... All claims about speed are fraud .
