@airtelindia i had registered a complaint for one of my fixed line No- 0522-4005006, which had no dialer tone but the other connection was working fine, a technician came for a visit and did something god knows what that now both of my fixed line services are dead.

@Airtel_Presence Nobody responds for days if broadband is down. Esc to Nodal Auth doesnt help. Frustrated & disconnected in abt a week. 6 months adv rental still not returned after 2 months of disconnection & followup. @airtelindia #Hyderabad service is terrible. Ticket on 15April (10031254989)

@airtelindia it’s been a month we are having issue with your broadband service even after raising multiple complaints no one is fixing. Every alternative day service goes down. If you cannot fix the issue just move out from broadband
