    @airtelindia to prove by proving better customer service rather proclaiming about your brand. multiple calls & complaints were made & there was no single call back received. Don't classify customer base into gold platinum if u cannot go extra mile for those privileged customers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am not being able to download OTA updates on my Google Pixel device using either my Airtel mobile connection or my Airtel Xstream broadband. It seems Airtel is blocking the device from accessing updates. Please let me know the resolution for this.
