    @airtelindia Worst support...when I talk with customer support....they assure me to call me back in 2 hours that never happened...when I ask for a complaint number they didn't even provide me a complaint number...pathetic switch to jio or other network....but never airtel...they are fraud

    What a fantastic service by @airtelindia No response for Airtel mobile & DTH even after many repeated complaints. plan to move out. i was actually thinking of activate Airtel Black. But the quality of basic services is enough to judge the overall quality.

    Hey @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you technicians came and installed a branded router as per my request. But now, with this ZTE brand router there are new issues. 1. Twitter doesn't work on app or browser when connected to wifi, but works fine when connected to phone Internet

    @reliancejio @airtelindia @ViCustomerCare Customer care is sometime saying different building ID, sometime refered person is postpaid customer & more & more. Local jio fraud agent is saying tech issue or problem in box, no idea customer care will help you. (2/3)
