    @airtelindia @devusinh with out asking customer confirmation from 999 plan Airtel changed it to 1199 they said we sent SMS is that an SMS is enough for customer to Change plan 200 rs for one customer think of 2 laks subscribers 4 crores in a month 48 crores in a year??

    @Airtel_Presence it has been almost 1year Using @airtelindia fiber,when ever we face issue regarding wire cut or else they took 9 to 10 days to get fixed i don’t know airtel is in market from last 20 years more still they don’t have man power #downwithairtel

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have taken 1GBPS plan but getting speed ranging only between 300 to 450 Mbps. The issue was observed immediately after installation. Installation guy wasn't able to resolve even after trying for long time. He just gave up and went away.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I called customer care to re-open the same ticket and NOT create a new one. Customer care supervisor promised the same that the existing ticket will be kept open and will not be replaced by new one. Still I see today a new one has been created.
