@CareGtpl @GTPL_Broadband Professional service provider like @airtelindia is best in this case. I am using them in Bangalore and they adjust the money in next billing cycle always for the amount of days there was service disruption.

@airtelindia 5/n 2. On humanitarian ground, I requested for a duplicate SIM with all the necessary legal documents. I understand that, to avail a duplicate SIM the person has to be available in person. But, in special cases like these, can't any solution be provided
