  My Airtel AirFiber has been down for 4 days. Despite repeated complaints, there is still no resolution. A technician visit was promised today, but no one showed up. Very poor service. Resolve this urgently.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

  @airtelindia When you don't have the capability to provide networks then why are you inviting people to join the Airtel network. Airtel is not able to work on a broad empty road, that's the quality of Airtel.

  @airtelindia @AirtelXtream i am a Chennai Customer and i have given a request for Shifting my Wi-Fi connection on June 6th, it should have been completed in 24-48 hours as per the airtel website. It’s now 7 DAYS! I STILL haven’t received any assigned technician, no msg or call!

  @airtelindia What the worst priority service you started. Each time call connection issue. Jut tun tun sound. Not getting 5G signal, Internet issue all places. Soon I will Port to good provider worst service

  @airtelindia @DoT_India Promised an Airtel connection in Chennai within 2 days. It’s been 4+ days. Equipment is installed but not activated, internet isn’t working, and despite multiple calls, there’s no resolution or even a complaint reference number.
