    I’m fed up with airtel now n then same problems..every month like u want ur engineers to visit that’s why they dont sort the issues. Same with wifi n same with dth. Should i port to jio? Should all ur customers port to other network? @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia 48hrs no internet. Customer service keeps delaying And asking to wait as THEY DON'T HAVE SUFFICIENT TECHNICIANS. This is definitely not acceptable, essential work getting hampered. Completely intolerable response from Airtel. Complaint# 129381424. Pl address ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Singtel Very worst service... internet issues are there since more than 2 months. I raise complaints, it gets resolved without any resolutions. Customer care they simply fool the customer. We give money to get good services.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews thanks for making me wait for so long and later telling me that your network (xtream fibernet) is not feasible in my area that is Jayanagar. @ViCustomerCare has better feasibility. I will give you one more chance, let me know whether it is feasible.

    @airtelindia - I have raised 3 complaints since 26 Feb 2021. 2 of these have been closed in Airtel Thanks app without even seeking any confirmation from me. Also inspite of multiple calls to customer care and 10+ emails to Appellate Authority & Nodal Officer, no action till date
