@airtelindia [3] But no resolution has been taken on my complaint. I was continuously harassed by calls asking me to pay the bill, which I have not because I was scammed into a connection I did not want.

@airtelindia your network service provider, service is very poor, slow, or fast Internet matters once people have Internet. I am deeply feeling bad after installation of airtel broadband.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Been with Airtel for many years.. but it is very hard to contact to customer care.. bot keeps on talking about this and this and there is no easy navigation to talk to customer care person. Thanks app is not helpful either.. very disappointed..

@airtelindia It's time I switch to Jio! Extremely poor network services. Subscribed to 100mbps, hardly getting 5mbps. When mentioned about low speed test, customer care asks me if I am testing near the wi-fi router or not. Failing at the entire purpose of wi-fi -_-
