@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst customer service. I have been using Airtel as my primary sim. Yesterday morning,it shows no service. The service centre gave a duplicate sim,said will be activated in 2 hours. When visited again says will be activated in another 48 hours.

Dear @JioCare pls start your broadband service in Nirala Estate,Greater Noida. I have been duped by @airtelindia already . First of all not able to use their internet due to poor coverage and no one to listem and then false bill even though I paid for two months in advance.

@airtelindia @airtelnews applied for airtel fiber connection 07-04-2022. then for some reason the company refused to install internet connection airtel company said for you will be refunded its full amount. but till now i haven't got any money received.Very bad experience&Service

The customer care service is pathetic and there is no option or method to speak to the customer care executive through the IVRS system @airtelindia. Not sure why the companies aren't making customer service, customer friendly
