    @airtelindia every week we are facing wifi outage issues and issues are not being solved immediately. It is taking more than 24 hours to resolve the issue. Rescheduling visits every time. What is the use of taking Airtel fiber service. Can we have a solution around this please

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have been using airtel connection since 7-8 years but this time just witnessed the ridiculous service from airtel and their Customer support. The process of converting to an esim became so hectic job due to their technical glitch

    Got a number for fibre issue @JioCare . He told to take new connection n give 3 month plan charge rather than solving the currnt issue. I took 999 plan already this month. What a pathetic service. @reliancejio What are you guys doing now . Thinkng of moving to @airtelindia .
