    @airtelindia There is no need to make separate plans for calling only, Existing plans are already calling plans with data is free with it, wether customer use it or not... If need to make separate calling pack, then start charging 1rs per minute in them

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My wifi is down for more than 36 hours and there is no resolution even after calling 100s of times to your call centre. The engineer visited yesterday at 12:00 pm and told that he will be back in 1 hour and vanished. Is this how you treat customers?

    @airtelindia As of yesterday - Airtel tells me my “request has been cancelled” and a new one can be raised on the App. The same app where i have raised 10+ requests and yet to receive enquiry calls or service.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews is there any way to contact to customer care. The chat board is not understanding my concern. Almost 2 months ago I disconnected my wifi and am still waiting for a refund. DM is not helping. You guys are harassing me.

    @hemantkanthed @airtelindia This is extremely frustrating when happening for 2-3 days in every week. Especially during the daytime when we are working from home. Hours of outage is forcing us to do mobile add-on packs for the internet. Planning to switch to local service or Jio soon.

    If you have connected with @airtelindia service, it's still outdated IVRs, giving you wrong information, and make sure your day is getting spoiled. What a pathetic service !! If you want to convert, pls don't do it through airtel thanks app, many options won't work, and they will never tell you before doing, but after done they will simply raise their hands.
