    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence this is regarding a recharge I did for my senior citizen mom from. The airtel website while she was logged in. I did a 999 rs recharge in which I get @PrimeVideo but I can’t use it. Wen I complained to them they are not giving any complaint no (1/2)

    @airtelindia very poor airtel xtreme broadband service at Savedi Ahmednagar. Frequent breakdowns Every two days no Internet and resolution takes more than 4 hours. Very poor servvice. I can’t believe I live In today’s 5G world .

    @UIDAI Please give option to receive Aadhar OTP on registered email too. Dependency on just one option mobile number is not sufficient. Mobile sim can have a problem and Mobile operator's physical center are opens in day time only and sunday off. cc @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @airtelindia the harassment u give to a senior citizen is unbelievable the customer care says they don’t know wen will it solved. They don’t have a TAT. They frequently disconnect the call. And on top I paid for 84 days of Amazon but I m not getting it. N noone is helping also
