    @airtelindia Had an issue in my data card. Requested for cancelling the service. I was asked to attach the no in other connection instead cancelling it. But I was forced to pay an additional amount which was added unnecessarily. Pls refund.

    Very Pathetic Service @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Filed a shifting request on 5th January and according to Airtel it should have taken 24 hours but now today it is 11th January and still no resolution from Airtel. Only false commitments of callbacks and resolution daily.

    @airtelindia I visited the Airtel store like you advised. It's a SIM issue and they gave a new SIM. It's in my grandpa's name and they want my 80 year old diabetic grandpa to visit the Airtel store to activate it. it's highly risky. Is there no other way?

    @BSNLCorporate trying to contact helpline number from last two days... Everyone says contact after 2 hours we have some technical issues, and they cut my call without listening my problem.feeling insulted by call center , resolve the issue otherwise i will port to @airtelindia
