    Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

    @airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

    @sushantsareen @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Sirji,don't even think of @reliancejio they are way ahead of @airtelindia for the last 14 days i m complaining poor network coverage in our area @JioCare & their reply will shock u. "After 2 weeks of observation, they found that my mobile is faulty"

    @airtelindia Totally absurd people, dont want to do anything & they show their team is working on it to fix the issue. Advertising that they would answer each Indian s question. Full fraud. Text msgs are not going, but team is doing in Nigeria😱😱, where is team??

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia worst customer service although i had coupon worth 50 rs for unlimited plans it's not applying while doing recharge also the when i have done my recharge the assured cashback of 40 rshasn't credited into my account it's better to change to @JioCare

    @airtelindia Why is ur customer service so bad?You made us travel back n forth 200kms thrice for a sim swap. Your sims get damaged often for no reason and to get a new sim, we have to go to that particular circle(other state)
