Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I disconnected my broadband connection on 14th March. I haven't received the refund till date. There is absolutely no way to reach the customer care as automated customer care response is horrible. Please help

@airtelindia Very bad service, have frequent disconnections in brandband service in Kochi. Even now it is down. I am Jio as well as a backup but it never had any problem like Airtel

@airtelindia You are stating that you are covered whole corner of the world with your network. I have 5 connection in my home, 600 meter away airport, 600 away defence area, airtel tower is 200 meters away from home and still I see on my phone loading with full data available.

@airtelindia KYC- Know your customer Is it just a formality or actually it means alot?How a telecom giant Airtel can overlook?Despite the fact that I am raising and dropped dozen emails including 121, NET . Nothing moving . Don't know how telecom compliance are maintained.
