Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

@airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

@airtelindia All these years I have been a customer of ur services. But unfortunately u hv let me down by not attending to my complaint. The worst part is that you have given a timeframe of 4 days to resolve. In these WFH times, this is criminal 2 take d customers 4 granted.

It's getting proven that @reliancejio is only interested in our money, Not providing good service it used to. Hell slow internet speed, everyday decreasing network coverage! @airtelindia can you offer something better?

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Travelling from last 3 days, and not able to use my Airtel Fastag even when I have balance in my account, what a Pathetic product service. Best part is no direct customer care for the same, an inappropriate IVR is best to create headache.
