@airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

Ridiculous customer service by you, @airtelindia. If I ever believed in good customer service, it was one company, Airtel. I’ve been trying to chase multiple customer support reps since days, trying to shift my wifi services, but no lock on top of rude customer service reps!
