Spoke to Supervisor Sahil Sharma today and apparently there is no one senior at the customer service team above him. Not sure what to do. Happy to disconnect and port out. But that’s not being allowed either. Paying charges all month.

I shifted from Greater Noida to Ashok Nagar and requested a connection transfer 8 days ago. Still, neither has the connection been shifted nor am I getting any proper response from customer care.
