    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Incoming and Outgoing call are not working from yesterday evening (11-11-2022). Still the issue has not been resolved. Please look into the matter.

    @airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

    Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

    It’s the 3rd day today that my broadband is not working and your technicians don’t even bother to pick the phone calls. When are you going to improve your pathetic services @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence There are many other good options available in my area and you are going to loose me by today evening.

    @airtelindia Need little help. Is there anyway or anyplan with which I could use at least 500GBs mobile data in a month? Tried reaching a customer care but they couldn't give a resolution. I dont want to use 2 sim cards. I see 300 GB limits for both prepaid and postpaid.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My Airtel Xstream Fiber (ID: 0182229373931) has been down for 2 days. Multiple calls and complaints have resulted in no resolution. The outage is affecting my work, yet billing continues. Need urgent action and service restoration.

    @airtelindia 8 days since set top box stopped working. Reported on call, email, x & visited airtel store. No fix. Except that you have raised a Service request, nothing happens. I regret having opted for airtel, I'm shifting to @JioCare, hope they don't disappoint.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtel Airtel Black fiber connection is down from Yesterday noon. Fiber cut is near my home which I'm aware. I don't have any way to contact customer care or service team via phone or Airtel Thanks app. AI only chat in the app is worst. need help.

    @airtelindia @jagograhakjago I spoke with customer service again, and now they're saying the “unlimited” plan has a 300 GB limit. They only started reading the terms and conditions after the issue occurred. Nothing about this limit was disclosed when I purchased the plan.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been trying to file a complaint since the morning that my wifi isn't working. No response from your team. My work just got delayed because of your pathetic service. And you guys don't even bother to resolve the ******* issue.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago What kind of Cheating is this. For the last 1 year , there was no such issue. And now when the usage is getting a bit longer , this message is given with no option to log the call in Airtel Thanks app. It's a clear instance of cheating to us.
