    @airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

    Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

    It shows how much you care for your end customer, when you don't even bother to respond to a issue which is raised. I cannot imagine if at all I will get solution on this. #airtelindia #poorcustomerservice

    @nanoharsha @airtelindia The call forwarding charges will be as per the plan provided by the service provider. Some telcos might allow free call forwarding to same telco and some charge per minute. So unfortunately you will have to talk to the telcos :)

    Intital issue remains as is but asked to cancel one of the SIMs that wasn't even an issue to begin with!! To his credit, social media rep Mukul explained processes, but what can you do when @airtelindia has illogical & near-fraudulent processes! @Airtel_Presence #airtel #fraud

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Nobody called till now. This is what happens with somebody who uses Airtel as a network service. Priority and trust botched up. I have been using @airtelindia from last 20 years now.
