I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

If you are charging for 5G, but speed not even of 2G. prepaid speed was some better. Your adds misleads and makes too much hype of connectivity
