Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

@airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

I raised another complaint and someone came to visit. He inspected(don't know what he inspected) and said "sir everything is fine from our side". Now I had a wifi repeater to cover dead areas in my house and it was working fine for last few months. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

@airtelindia does it take lifetime to process the Airtel Black order. It's an endless wait that too for deteriorating services. My Xtreme Fiber has issues, my child-no. lost signals after getting added to mine, and much more. It's painful. @Airtel_Presence
