Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

@airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, after 4 complaints with over 20 mins hold time, and call backs saying my issue will be solved in half an hour for the past 4 days. I think you need to rexamine your customer service practices.
