Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

@airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Can you please refund my Rchrge amout which I did for one year plan. Yor are providing worst service. Max internet speed with full 4g network is 100kbps. Internet speed competitively good in other mobile which has monthly plan instead of yearly.
