    Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

    @airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

    It shows how much you care for your end customer, when you don't even bother to respond to a issue which is raised. I cannot imagine if at all I will get solution on this. #airtelindia #poorcustomerservice

    Time to switch to @reliancejio Such a worst service by @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have raised service request 2 times for same issue n both d time Airtel closed the service request without providing resolution. They even didn't think of updating custmr on same b4 closing

    @airtelindia @@Airtel_presence does your customer service respond to Emails? I have mailed regarding connectivity issues on 19/04/22 & so far no acknowledgement. Waited for 7 months for service to improve but nothing. #AirtelCares doubtful you guys care

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence HI TEAM I HAVE SURRENDERED MY BROADBAND CONNECTION AND DISCONNECTED FROM AIRTEL BLACK...2 MONTHS BACK AND STILL SHOWING SOME BILL ON MY AIRTEL ACCOUNT. I ALREADY HAVING PROBLEMS WITH CONNECTIVITY ON TOP of that this bill issue
