Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

@airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

Worst ever service by @airtelindia who are simply not able to change a broadband plan in 2 weeks of time. On top of that nodal officer and customer care are even a bigger problem as they don't know what to respond.
