    Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

    @airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence how is it that an prepaid customer cannot opt for e-sim in case email ID is not updated with airtel.. also no option to add email ID.. this is the feedback I got from Airtel Gallery. Quite Strange.
