It shows how much you care for your end customer, when you don't even bother to respond to a issue which is raised. I cannot imagine if at all I will get solution on this. #airtelindia #poorcustomerservice

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Are you guys deliberately not responding? Whats going on? I am tired of raising complaints and no resolution, not even a single reply. I hope people realise what is the level of service you provide and how much you value your consumers. #AirtelDown

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews team have removed all human touch from customer care, and have put a pathetic chatbot. Basically removed the care from customer care. There is no option to talk to a human or get a call back, and the bot doesn’t understand the issue.

  • RoshanSinghan19 Roshan Kumar (@RoshanSinghan19) reported

Hi @airtelindia and @amazonIN Help, I'm raising a concern here. I was given conflicting info by airtel reps pooja and one senior manager about my 6-month Amazon prime subscription. If I turn off auto-renew will I still get full 6 months as initially promised? Tagging both (1/2)
