Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

@airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

@airtelindia It is very painful for me to writing against you. Since last 5 days my experience with Airtel is very bad. On 29th I made complaint about my dth, it was solved by taking 400 from your technician. Since 12 Feb again we faced same problem and no solution till date.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Sent multiple emails for very small bug on your app but no resolution yet. Reported bug on 17 Jan and still they are asking 24-48 hours rotationally. Is this the service which you promising to the customer? I will port now #poor #Airtel #pathetic
