Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

@airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

Why should a client pay for no service? Why should we not disconnect? And this when despite the office working on skeletal staff and there has been no use of their service, we've been paying well before time? @airtelindia please stop our services and stop charging us... 3/3

@airtelindia you are always available except that you aren't. Your phone lines drop, your internet goes down every week on a Monday and when one calls the CS they go silent.maybe spend less on the fictitious ads and instead just provide basic services
