    Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

    @airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

    It shows how much you care for your end customer, when you don't even bother to respond to a issue which is raised. I cannot imagine if at all I will get solution on this. #airtelindia #poorcustomerservice

    Worst internet and networking coverage in @airtelindia. I living in major cities (Bangalore and Mumbai) network coverage and internet speed also under 7Mbs. I’m a gold membership on this network.
