  Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

  @airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Incoming and Outgoing call are not working from yesterday evening (11-11-2022). Still the issue has not been resolved. Please look into the matter.

  For one thing, it’s hard to get through to Airtel on the phone; I end up wasting all my time just navigating through the automated menu options. I have installed Airtel Wi-Fi and a TV set-top box. The set-top box doesn't seem to be working properly; it takes 20 minutes to start up, and I have to switch it off and on again.   I shifted to a new house and requested Airtel to relocate my WiFi connection. Instead, Airtel is telling me to remove the router myself and bring it to them - even though it is installed at a considerable height. I’m currently out of the city and only my mother is at home. I’m not a technician. How am I supposed to safely remove it? And when I asked Airtel to send their team, their response was: “We won’t do it. You can cancel the connection.” Here’s the shocking part: when I got the connection, Airtel told me that shifting the connection would be THEIR responsibility. Promise the service while taking the customer, then refuse to provide it when the customer actually needs it. This is what Airtel customer service has come down to. @airtelindia - is this your idea of customer service?

  @airtelindia Because of these ongoing issues, all the other SIMs in my family have already been ported to Jio. This is the last Airtel SIM we still have. We stayed with Airtel even when Jio services were free because we trusted Airtel for better network quality. Unfortunately, 2/3
