    @airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Incoming and Outgoing call are not working from yesterday evening (11-11-2022). Still the issue has not been resolved. Please look into the matter.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Are you guys deliberately not responding? Whats going on? I am tired of raising complaints and no resolution, not even a single reply. I hope people realise what is the level of service you provide and how much you value your consumers. #AirtelDown

    Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia It's frustrating when you see a 5G signal but your data still disappears so fast! 😩 It feels like these big telecom companies, even the biggest ones like Airtel, just can't handle their networks anymore. We complain, but does anyone listen?

    @airtelindia My complaint (Ref 31-1000013194169) is still unresolved. No network since afternoon; all family members affected, while Jio works fine. 1-hour resolution was assured but not met. During power cuts, no signal on ground floor. Resolve urgently or we will port.

    I switched from Airtel to Jio just a week ago, and I regret this decision badly. Calls keep dropping, network is unstable, and the internet barely works. How can such a big telecom company provide such poor service? This is beyond frustrating. @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia

    I have Indian number and unfortunately while upgrading my phone I lost my esIM for @airtelindia, I would like to receive a barcode on my email l ordered to continue service with some number, unable to visit @airtelindia store for replacement thanks.

    @airtelindia Very poor service. My broadband request (11028749351) is assigned to Naveen Kushwah, but he is not answering calls and disconnecting them. This is highly unprofessional. Please take strict action and assign a new engineer immediately.

    @airtelindia @JAAM13310632 Facing recurring temporary network congestion issues in our area. The issue has been ongoing again since 17th April, with no resolution so far. I am planning to disconnect your services and will not make any bill payment.

    @airtelindia i switched to Airtel with a new SIM and recharged ₹349 expecting unlimited 5G, but it’s not working. This feels misleading and disappointing. First experience is already bad. Please fix this immediately or I’ll escalate the issue furthe #airtelbad
