    @airtelindia I m a resident of Digboi, Assam. I m experience the worst condition of airtel network here. Pathetic. No one to complain. Paying for recharges not getting satisfied service. Pl look or else loose customer one by one.

    Experiencing a very slow network today by @airtelindia , from 4g the network goes to E. I have been having this issue many times sine last 2 years and for complaining this the customer executive replies same comment everytime "aapke area me network update ka kaam chal raha hai"

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia why is my new SIM card not being activated? I lost my phone on 27/12/2020. I bought new SIM against the same number from Gachibowli Airtel Customer care center, Hyd. Its been 13 days & the SIM is still unactivated after providing all documents twice

    @airtelindia I have done recharge for my prepaid number on 7th jan. The talktime amount is not reflecting in my account hence I am unable to make calls. You are making us to recharge but where is talktime. Your customer care is as pathetic as your app. Nobody cares to listen.

    @airtelindia I am your customer for last 16+ years (platinum), using around 9 numbers. 2 months back I bought 20 corporate numbers. To my surprise thousands of foreign country numbers were there in those sims. Even WhatsApp banned those numbers.

    Since 1 year I have been using Airtel service in Chennai , I am facing a lot of broadband connection issues which have not been resolved on timely basis in spite of numerous mails and phone calls. Can you please look into this?. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence from past few month we have been facing network issues in our locality (Sector -23,Nerul(East) Navi Mumbai). Complained The Same At Local Airtel Gallery,But still no improvement!! Kindly look into it!!

    @airtelindia Hello Airtel, I have issues with network recently, I did not change my address nor location.After talking for a minute or more, my call is getting disconnected. I know your busy with multiple products n launches, can you fix this basic issue
