Your service in mumbai was good when I was there, But it sucks in my hometown, so slow net speed, I have to run with my handset to get a proper speed with in my house. Your towers show 4g connectivity near by but sucks in Speed. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia #airtelusers

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence pathetic way of handling of customer complaints. 4 times I have raised concern of poor network and always the compalint has been closed without confirmation of user. This time escalated to top management of Airtel still the repeat of same story.
