@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence does it really take more than 6 days to attend a broadband shift request from you? Called 17times in last 5 days for the same concern and keep hearing u will get a callback in 2-4hrs.Never received one. I might just shift to a new service altogether

I am using Airtel, Vi & Jio also, but now I am thinking to switch back on BSNL. Because they all are just increasing their plans & no one is taking responsibility to provide better network. Sometimes I can't even send WhatsApp messages. @airtelindia @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare
