Further I called to customer care and they told me to wait till 15/12, but till 16/12 the problem was same. And when I called again to customer care they told me that Airtel has been refunded my money but there was no refund in my bank account. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

@airtelindia Worst service provider. I have a prepaid sim. Suddenly out of nowhere i see emergency call only. I try cleaning sim and tried to reach them through another number but things didn't work out. One of their store in Kalyani Nagar has LAN issues so they sent me to another one..

@airtelindia They asked me to apply for number again as a new customer and recharge for 299. I had to go back to Airtel store to get number leaving my work. It costed me more than the entire year's recharge. I am frustrated with their service an will highly recommended to not use..

@airtelindia Dear Airtel, If you want to survive then give 100% services to customers or else close your company. You, people, are charging 4G price for 2g internet speed and that too interruption for every 1 minute @TRAI I have recharged the yearly pack kindly help me.

when I said this to them they said that they can't help me regarding that. It's 14th day from that incident but no refund or action has not been initiated from Airtel,as a customer the incident is very painful to me. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
