@airtelindia LOS issue. Engineer turned up in the evening. After checking he said he’ll check the cable for faults. No clarity on whether he’ll return or not. After waiting for more than an hour, tried calling him multiple times; he didn’t answer. What sort of service is this?

@airtelindia disguisting service and reply by Airtel Payment bank services I have bymistakly made bill payment to wrong number through airtel payment bank , and now when i am follwing up with airtel bank custmoer service , they are just telling we cannot do and call this number

@airtelindia, please sort your network in Jakkur, Bangalore! The Airtel personnel who came to help me change to postpaid was struggling to get network on his phone. We can’t rely on wifi (not Airtel) all the time, need normal phone network to work! #airtel

@JioCare Just wanted to inform I am planning to disconnect your fiber connection, reason your customer service employee and on field engineers in Ahmedabad. @airtelindia buying a black connection for my Ahmedabad home too.
