    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia 👎 #airtel provides poor customer service. My Jio prepaid sim has been ported to a Punjab Airtel prepaid sim. On the 5th day, it got activated just for one day's validity (commitment was one month). Now, today is the 6th day with a nil balance.

    @sssingh21 in my experience @reliancejio is much better than @airtelindia Airtel couldn't fix the network issues in more than 6 months...finally had to move every connection to Jio

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Complaint registered on 30 Sep 22 & resolution provided on 6 Oct 22. Who is responsible for the period and who will pay for this. What is the fault of the customer, is that he has taken your connection. Connection was also unserviceable for 4 days
