    @airtelindia what pathetic service.. I have put shifting request of my airtel wifi on 31sr mqrch.. It is still pending.. Today morning i caller costomer care.. Still they have not taken it seriously.. Telling that by evening it will be done...why evening?? Very dissatisfactory..

    In addition to it worst experience is when i called to customer care they put my call on hold more then 30 min and call got disconnected.are you setting this kind of benchmark in front of other service providers,@airtelindia @JioCare

    @airtelindia worst connection at my home we are total 6 users n 3 members WFH but the service we are getting is worst, cnt attend any calls, zoom session hve complained many times but nothing got better. Complaint never gets sorted or addressed. Really disappointed.

    @airtelindia : My complaint is pending since more than 10 days with no one responding. One technical assistance who visited was rude and asked me to get refund from the sales person. Now no one is responding. This is pure harrasment
