    @airtelindia i requested for mnp from voda to airtel my # was port at 10.30 pm on 01/03/22 however i was not able to make any call coz the store did not recharged my number for 12 hrs it was a medical emergency when call the store in the morning

    Early Morning, Wifi breakdown. Complaint registered, reverted that resolution will be done in the afternoon. Seriously, am I using the best service provider in India ? @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence At least treat your commercial connection as a priority. #AirtelDown #Airtel

    @airtelindia Really disappointed with the service. Xstream broadband service has been down for more than 24 hours and still no proper response or resolution has been provided. Ridiculous service after putting in trust into Airtel. Pathetic customer support team.

    My @airtelindia broadband connection was migrated to fiber from copper. Ever since it's not stable. On complaint made to 198 the local technicians called me to say "everything is fine at our end. If you're not happy you can cancel connection. That's @Airtel_Presence gold standard
