My no was converted from prepaid to postpaid on 11th Nov 2021 by sales executives vivek (Contact no9284748557) and fiber is still pending. Worst service third class company

Pathetic services from @airtelindia . I have trying to resolve broadband issues since 2 days. But customer service is just playing ping pong in different teams. No wonder @reliancejio is gaining market share in this area.

@airtelindia t-2 your 7 expert deactivate the self custody and with airtel miracle it activated again. kindly look into this else i will look for other service providers.

@airtelindia I have spent the whole day calling to get my line activated which u barred due to ur system issue n and now it cannot be fixed due to ur system/ software issues … this is pure harassment n rubbish customer centricity … will airtel fix this today ?
