    Worst service by @fiber_jio . Raised the complaint 3 times and closed without resolving. It's time to switch to @airtelindia again.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia is there a way to talk to the support team? I’ve tried 121 around 10 times, still no luck, the IVR options doesn’t direct me to a representative. This is annoying and frustrating. Expecting to have a call back arranged.
