    @airtelindia Experiencing worst service for my xstream broadband connection. From last 3 days I am calling airtel helpdesk to reactivate my account from safe custody, but each time they are saying that safe custody has been removed and connection will be activated within 4 hours.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No, it is not working at all. This is a reconnection request and a new router has to be installed and configured. How can you say the connection is active without even getting the complete procedure done?
