    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have cancelled my WiFi subscription since 2 months but I'm still being billed for it. There's no way to call customer care and if they call me it's always disconnects before anyone speaks. How to resolve this?

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia STOP GIVING COPY PASTE RESPONSE AND SEND THE DAMN ENGINEER. 3 CONTINUOUS DAYS OF NO INTERNET. And mentioning we are treating with high priority? What a joke! No internet provider gives 4 days resolution time officially. Airtel revised dates to 5th!:(

    @airtelindia I raised shifting request on 29 Apr for 03 May. Still no one contacted or updated about the request. When I called the customer care they told they are not able to get any updates from the concerned team.

    @ViCustomerCare @airtelindia DLT message services are not working. VI corporate support does not know the plans or pricing. VI Store seem to live in heaven and do not care about anything. VI social media team said they are looking into this. VI is a perfect killer of business.

    @Airtel_Presence My data is unlimited on Rs 1199/- plan. It was stopped at 100 GB without any reason. Now I have been complaining for the last 4 days no action has been taken Complaint number 31-1000013435630. Even bill also paid on 03 May 26. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve called support 20+ times by now, raised multiple tickets as well. Every single time, ticket gets closed without resolution and I’m told to raise a new one again. Feels like starting from zero each time.

    @airtelindia @iamRashmika This is unacceptable. Google One benefit Not removed permanently and even after raising a ticket ZERO resolution. No accountability updates. Escalating this further your backend support is failing customers badly. Fix this NOW #PoorService
