@airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , your 24*7 service claim is so false , everytime I have issue with my wifi your local backend team works on it till 6pm only then they leave and come next day at 10 am , we have to wait 2 days to get one issue resolved. No night shift team shame.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @nguys.. What is timeline to resolve an issue. Hours. Days..Weeks.Lifetime??tech and CS team can't even figure out what the problem is. Complaint no. 137734704. Can someone take responsibility and fix it..??Work suffers. While most of us are WFH.
