@airtelindia @JioCare to both of you such called brands "kahin doob maro" itna ghatiya network coverage and such worst service at my location. You should be shame of your Advertisements which tells about your servicing and outdoor coverage. It has been around 2.5 years no change

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My parents are senior citizen, and due to low network pocket, they are mostly dependent on Airtel BB for communication. Time and again, constant failure of service is causing issues. Is there any permanent solution, or we should move to Jio?

Worst experience with airtel broadband. I changed my modem because of connectivity issues but now it's gone worst. I think Airtel is not able to solve customer queries. I'll suggest we must wust switch and save our time & money. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews.
