@kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

Dear @airtelindia,I’m a prospect to you & placed order for Xtream fiber + DTH on 24th Jun.Technician installed router on 25th Jun morning and till now service is not activated.I’m surprised you have long complicated process to activate service than other competitors.Disappointed
