For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

Govt company with too many legacy issues.. still promoting 4G itself tells their state of affairs. Ideally, govt should have closed the company but these BSNL have infra and state has dependency w.r.t secrecy. So, forget BSNL Rs 1 at your own peril.

Dummygod (@RJaybhaye98679) reported@Ajaykumaarji @airtelindia People don’t even need high-speed internet. If BSNL could provide 500-600 kbps speed, people would immediately shift to BSNL. But currently, BSNL is in "no service" mode.
