    @kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

    @apratim04 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't go for airtel. Worst service. No proper response and resolution till now from yesterday for my sim card problem. Telling me to travel 36 kms to get sim in this lockdown situation.

    @airtelbangalore @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia you've disabled incoming calls for 4g phones without VoLTE. My phone used to work seamlessly until recently. Changed my sim. Now I don't receive incoming calls if I switch to 4G network because my phone doesn't support VoLTE.

    @airtelindia Why your network is not reliable? I ported the number and had annual recharge, but you are failed to provide basic internet speed. Even @vodafone VI is better than you.

    @airtelindia @airtelindia Airtel has one of the worst customer service ever, I have registered my complaint about my STB not operating on 24th January, 2022 and yet after 15 days they have not even sent a technician to check the STB or replaced yet.
