    @apratim04 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't go for airtel. Worst service. No proper response and resolution till now from yesterday for my sim card problem. Telling me to travel 36 kms to get sim in this lockdown situation.

    @kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

    @airtelindia I have been cheated by your broadband agent. Unfortunately there is know way to reach your customer services to complain. As there is only IVR facility.
