@kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

@apratim04 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't go for airtel. Worst service. No proper response and resolution till now from yesterday for my sim card problem. Telling me to travel 36 kms to get sim in this lockdown situation.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Airtel store told SIM NUMBER IS NOT REGISTERED WITH their IDENTITY. HOW its POSSIBLE HAVE GIVEN DOCUMENT,REDICULOUS & DISSAPOINTING SERVICE BY AIRTEL.GOING 2LODGE A COMPLAINT IN TRAI AS WELL AS IN COURT. WHO IS USING MY IDENTITY. IT IS 2MUCH NOW.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even after sending sms for Porting. I never received any UPC code. Rather it was cancelled by @airtelindia . May I know why it was not processed. I received a call from Airtel and said I don't want to continue then also my UPC denied.
