@kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

@airtelindia Hi Team, This is to inform you that i have done my recharge for the amount of 455rs on 6th July by mistake. Later i called your customer care they have inform once the previous offer expires then the pack will activate for the amount for 455rs which was done.

@airtelindia& @Airtel_Presence are simply fraud. Airtel DTH has appointed franchisees for Service Requests,which are simply Mafias.Dont get influenced by AirtelBlack promises.The company is simply looting people.They don't even discontinue your connection and continue billing.

Hello team @airtelindia I'm using your service from last 5 year, but I always face bad network issue. When I talk to customer, they used to fix the problem but from last few months your network became disaster for me. customer care don't fix the problem.
