@kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

@apratim04 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't go for airtel. Worst service. No proper response and resolution till now from yesterday for my sim card problem. Telling me to travel 36 kms to get sim in this lockdown situation.

@airtelindia Airtel consumed more data without any heavy usage.This morning I just checked the speed test and 400mb last.Why like this?On the quora website ,there are so many complaints about the same issues .Kindly forward this issue to the relevant team.I'm a new Airtel user from Vodafone.
