    @kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

    @apratim04 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't go for airtel. Worst service. No proper response and resolution till now from yesterday for my sim card problem. Telling me to travel 36 kms to get sim in this lockdown situation.

    @airtelindia I have booked the order for Airtel digital TV on 23 March, the installation guy from airtel has charged the security deposit of Rs.1500/- and since then has not come for Wi-Fi setup, I hv been complaining to customer care but to no avail. Please look into it.

    Dear @airtelindia my xtream connection was not working for the past three days I have raised many concerns still not a single response from them, the worst ever response from the service team. Still, the issue was not resolved most of my official work was pending due this.

    @airtelindia @BandBajaateRaho never buy a @airtelindia broadband conntionction.i applied on January starting but till no the connection is pending from their technical end
