    @kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

    @apratim04 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't go for airtel. Worst service. No proper response and resolution till now from yesterday for my sim card problem. Telling me to travel 36 kms to get sim in this lockdown situation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence after more than 15 calls to customer care and 3 visits to airtel stores, finding it difficult to get my mail id corrected. Seriously pathetic. Best to port from airtel to Jio.
