    @kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

    @apratim04 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Don't go for airtel. Worst service. No proper response and resolution till now from yesterday for my sim card problem. Telling me to travel 36 kms to get sim in this lockdown situation.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence What's the pblm on ur service. My airtel sim isn't working in mobile but it is working in dongle. I think it's mobile slot pblm, I put another sim on that slot and it's working. Neither slot nor sim is damaged then why I'm facing this issue?

    Who call me and ask for the closing code over the phone, he doesn't even bothered to visit the place, Can any from the @airtelindia answer this, If we don't pay due amount on the last date quoted, we pay late fee in the next bill, now you services create problems for us for hours
