@kuday_35 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Same issue here and no proper response since yesterday. For simple thing they are taking too much of time. Better to port to other network. Never expected airtel is this careless about their customer concerns.

@airtelindia Hey I am trying to registered my complaints on airtel thanks app but it's unable to take complaints it's one of the worst app I ever seen my broadband is not working from 7-8 hours Do something for that We don't expect such a shameless response from such companies

@airtelindia; Poor customer service and response. I wanted to revise my internet plan but was informed nothing can be done as advance rental paid which is ridiculous. In fact I wanted to move to 999/- plan.

@airtelindia I am facing issues in reissuing duplicate sim card for my airtel number due to failed verification, I have share my PAN & Aadhaar but my face and hair style changed. Airtel Sector 15, Gurgaon advised me for manual process with no guarantee for issuing the replacement simcard.

@airtelindia very poor after sales service. My fibre net is down 3 times a week. 121 keeps rescheduling the time of repair. Service engineer does not pick the phone. look into it or you’ll lose a valuable customer!

I heard for about 30 sec and politely said I don't want. I immediately got rude and said..जब लेना नहीं है तो पूरा सुनते क्यों हो। bravo airtel
