    @airtelindia I'm not able to use the 4g data pack. It's connecting in 2g mode. I have tried all the steps explained by the support executive. Kindly intervene and help at the earliest.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence - Can someone fix the network issues at Kondapur, Hitech City. Landmark Tech Mahindra Infocity. Calls are either getting dropped or not getting connected, slow internet and hell other issues of network. Can someone fix this pls?

    Horrible customer support, @airtelindia @airtelnews as your sales team committed false speed and data plan. 799 plan we have taken, they committed 100mbps speed, its been almost 7 days the speed is 40-50mbps. That plan is of 499. Now sales guy is not responding.

    @ViCustomerCare The issue hasnt been addressed, I am without mobile internet for over a week now, its safe to assume that Vodafone's Customer Care is below par which doesnt bother to address customer complaint and concerns, hence I wish to port to much better and potent services of @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence u are the shameless lot of people. I complained here on twitter as well as via call, it's been freaking a month since the network is pathetic, the person at the other end can't here a single word. And u idiots claim to reach zero complaints. Pathetic
