  @airtelindia My Wi-Fi has been down for the last 3 days. Your team visited twice, but nothing changed. Still, I'm getting messages from Airtel that my problem has been resolved. I can't reach your customer care either. It is absolutely unprofessional behaviour. How can I work today without Wi-Fi?

  @airtelindia @airtelnews Very poor customer support for DTH and IPTV. Your team is unable to resolve even a small issue. This is extremely disappointing I been a postpaid customer for more than 10 years, but this kind of service is unacceptable. Please look into this
