  @airtelindia what kinda service are you offering to your customers ?? Every time theres wifi issue and along with that mobile network also stops working @Airtel_Presence network so bad that cant even speak to customer care

  @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI jio charging customer without providing a service. They have problem which are fixed since many months and now expecting customer to pay bill and even can't port to another vendor.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence The worst part is that it's impossible to reach customer support. The IVR keeps looping, the chatbot doesn't let me raise a service request, and there's no way to talk to a human. I've even reached out to the area manager in Whitefield, but the issue is still unresolved.

  Shame on this @airtelindia More than 72hours passed my problem aint resolved your field agents are incompetent as they are unable to resolve simple issue despite telling them in technical language and not a single day I am able to use the internet then why do you guys send bill?

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my internet is not working and your genius app design doesn’t let me raise a complaint. Calling Airtel is a thing of stone age now you guys chill knowing it’s impossible for anyone to make a call to you to register a complaint.

  I have never been so irritated with Airtel WiFi in Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. It’s so bad, feel like destroying it. If Airtel doesn’t fix the latency problem, I am going to throw it away.@airtelindia @TheSunilMittal.@TataPlayBinge is so, so much better. Please get your network here.
