  Horrible support for Airtel, there has been no internet for the past 24 hours and airtel doesn't even bother to send a technician. All this in the center of bangalore. Worst service providers i have ever seen.@airtelindia @airtelnews

  @desimojito Not only this despite being on an UL 5G plan my data got over while dl a sw update and @airtelindia didn't even bothered to respond to complaint. I had to recharge my other number for data that day as i was on the move most part of the day

  @Airtel_Presence Called 121 multiple times, got 2 escalation calls & 4 IPTV team calls—still no resolution. Promised fix within 24 hrs, nothing happened. Ordered Mesh on 15 May, still not received. Extremely poor service.@airtelindia @airtelnews

  @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare At least Jio customer care options have an option to open ticket. And even if they make you wait 10-15 days they will come. @airtelindia guys have hidden that option behind AI. I can't even request for a Router change! Why India does not have a proper global reliable ISP!

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Extremely disappointed with Airtel broadband service. My Wi-Fi shifting request (04424861980_WIFI) was promised to be resolved by 20 May, 08:30 PM, but it is still pending and showing “in-progress” with no proper support update

  @Airtel_Presence Thanks to @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence for lighting fast customer service. 👏🏻 WiFi issue raised 4 days ago -> no response and no resolution WiFi disconnection request raised on 5th day -> Disconnected within 4 hours. #airtel
