    @airtelindia poor customer service from Airtel .There was a complaint registered on 24th July till now no one had contacted me as part of remediation and I just calling the customer service to get the update on a daily basis Cus exe have guided me to raise the concern in twitter

    @airtelindia Very slow process, with Sim card replacement. After providing all information with the ground staff. The team cant guarantee how long it will take for the verification to be complete?
