@airtelindia is someone paying any heed to your customers. Complaints logged in January remains unresolved. Customer care says matter is escalated. Apathy towards customers forces them to port out.

I am facing recharge issue on Airtel sim from yesterday morning. I have tried to do 2 times from Airtel app and amazon app but both are showing pending status. Did @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence facing any technical issue . I just tried to contact your customer care but no help.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence we Bhagwati Feeds corporate Circle Haryana always clear dues on time but the payment is never updated. Neither does it update on myairtel portal. Last time we ported out of airtel due to same reason. We are harrased even after payment completions.
