    @JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence please bring us HT of "dil kyun yeh mera shor " by kk .I have told many a time in the app customer care but they are useless .It have took over 2 months .Please do this for us otherwise airtel is not working for customers

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your customer care are the worst. I have raised a concern regarding unlimited 5g internet not working for almost 20days now. Today Umar Majed from L3 said he cannot escalate my call to his senior. Not sure how you train your employees

    Dear @airtelindia , Got to know that address change can't be done via Airtel thanks app and not via logging to web as well. Customer support is suggesting to email the document at customer care mail id or visit airtel store. What kind of digitalization and data privacy exist?

    @airtelindia Most Third Class Fibre Net operator, cannot honour customer complain. Even the engineer is refusing to come and look at. Refer service request no 10163523943 has been assigned to engineer Afroz Shaikh 08047617696.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence seems noone is keen to respond to my complaint on dm to #airtel. #ceoairtel should know that airtel xtreme doesn't play videos on android tv when we try playing movies via lionsgate channel. disappointing to see it just keeps loading but never plays
