@JioCare @airtelindia Assuming that your network would be better than Airtel my area. I recent ported to Jio postpaid which works superbly only during early morning and midnight's and doesn't work properly during my office hours at noon. Regretting now. Please help and sort out.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia - 8 days, 80 calls to customer care with no resolution only heart burns and lies to the customer. Called a local shop for the same airtel xstream fiber connection in the late hours when the shop is already closed managed to resolve the issue in 30min

@airtelindia If I could give negative ranking I would have given -5 star to your app and Airtel services. My mistake to port into Airtel from Jio and recharge for 1 year. Worst service experience in life. Very bad Airtel. 2G service was better than your 4g.. shame on you people.
