@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia On Sep 3rd, I requested to upgrade my broadband plan to 1 GBPS via the Airtel Thanks app. It is still open. Your 121 Customer Service says they can't assist me because a request is open. It's already been 3 days now. Can anyone assist me with this?
