@airtelindia Customer service at Airtel sucks. I wanted to change a corporate connection to an individual connection. After taking the documents, I am asked to come the next day to sign a form that they can’t fill at the same time. Reason: it’s too lengthy. 1/2

@airtelindia, I recharged the ₹839 pack in may but not able to download the invoice.On Aug 12, executive raised the request (IDCUDRR3CHN20220812794872) to resolve the issue and it was excepted to resolve on 15th Aug but it is not resolved yet.Very disappointed with your service.

Hey @airtelcare, do you really care? I upgraded to Airtel Black (so called priority service) and since then I have been facing numerous issues and the the time taken to fix these simple issues is more than 15 days for each complaint, that too after 5-6 follow ups. cc @airtelindia
