@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

Internet not working, calls getting disconnected. Customer care not responding. Just a regular day for @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Horrible service, in every couple of week such things happen in the name of service getting updated in your area. I think It’s time to switch.

@airtelindia After 100% daily data usage my internet didn't work you should send 28kbps.& on 21 june 2021 ie last day of my pack i hardly use 200 mb and i got message of 100% data use. Please repair this problem other wise i will not recharge my pack and port my sim from upwest

@airtelindia Do not use airtel because airtel stop sms service for recharge 49/41/79 .you send one sms also you recharge 150 + . If you have mane balance also...

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have been noticing that since a couple of days my internet data is being consumed rapidly. While I am just doing mail, surfing and little bit you tube that too by limiting videos to at low resolution. This is very upsetting for me. Resolve ASAP.
