    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

    Very disappointed with @airtelindia. I’m being charged extra on my existing ₹1,199 Wi-Fi plan due to an error at your end, as confirmed by your representative. Customer care keeps looping me through automated calls, and @Airtel_Presence hasn’t replied. Please resolve this urgently.

    @airtelindia I would like to suggest Airtel if you are providing such sub-standard network then port my number to the best network service provider from your end and accept you can't provide better service to the prepaid customers change your business style otherwise....

    Your representative assured me that on Safe Custody all charges would be waived for 6–12 months. Yet I’m still billed and getting 10+ router pickup calls daily. Issue my No Dues Certificate & resolve this immediately. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews I have never seen such a worst network in my life..I think Bsnl would also runs better than you..the fraud let me tell evry1, I ws hvng prep nd ltd data then the speed was in mbps, and then I switched to postp and unlimited,spd is 1 kbps

    @airtelindia getting cyber crime call from +911206059490. Stating calling from nippon insurance, ur policy got seized pay premium, when I don't have any policy . Ur complaint site not accepting it says 10 digit mobile no required. The no stated above not allowed why?

    Your area manager even asked for the service OTP before fixing the issue, which I refused to share. How can complaints be closed without resolving them? Why am I paying for a service I can’t use? Please arrange an immediate technician visit and investigate this. @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , Is there any update on the issue? It's been 3 days the issue has not been resolved. The only assurance I get is we are looking into it without any timeline. Feel it would be better to move from Airtel as we do not even where the problem is.
