    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

    Dear @airtelindia , why does Airtel Fibre keep failing in my area? The fibre cable seems to break repeatedly, causing frequent internet outages. I work from home and these disruptions affect my job. I’m paying for a reliable service when will there be a permanent solution?

    @JioCare My network issue is still not resolved despite repeated complaints. Slow internet, poor signal, and no proper response. Please fix it urgently. Location: Hyderabad i will port my sim in @airtelindia if problem not solved

    @airtelindia The chatbots on the Airtel app are useless. It doesn't solve the problem, nor does it forward my request to the customer service. Even the helpline number 121 is useless. Here too, the automated system neither solves my issue nor forwards my issue.

    @airtelindia very bad service. I requested to remove one of my no from family plan and they are not removing it because they are unable to call on that no (which is supposed to be removed).

    Shame on @airtelindia . Days of repetitive replies, zero accountability, and no real resolution. When customers raise genuine concerns, they're met with copy-paste responses until they give up. This isn't customer service,it's ignoring customers. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
