    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

    @DoT_India Any update here? The @airtelindia is misusing the regulation mentioned for security deposit also for the refund. Please help here to file the case against them. They haven't refunded my money back still, it has been more than 2 weeks.

    @Siddhartsingh27 @airtelbank @airtelindia Its better to deactive fastag from airtel bank, same happend to me and lost around 480/- and the customer service is leasr bothered even after 3 months no refund is given, so purchased fastag from another provider to save money in future

    @Ninad0921 @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia As the rains started, their service was disrupted.Then you can't use internet and call services.The related issue is not resolved. Even if you complain frequently, your complaint is ignored.This has become the norm for this company.

    1. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Incident SR 10054181026 raised yesterday morning at 9AM regarding broadband issue, I have received msg with person name with 11AM as resolution time. But no call or person arrived and incident has been closed automatically stating issue resolved.
