    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

    @airtelindia I converted my sim to eSIM which failed at last stage. And there is no way to connect with your customer care for this issue . Options available on IVR or through your thanks app are not giving any help! So i ma without any service now. @Airtel_Presence

    Hi @airtelindia I applied for postpaid for my number . But costumer support team called me and said we are unable to process your request. Also they have no answer when amount will be refund. Kindly look on this case and help me out. Ticket id - 21-4588944293817

    @airtelindia what is this new pathetic service you guys have started. As soon as electricity cut happens in a particular area, mobile network is also disrupted during thay period. Best part your customer care doesnt even resolve the tickets and closes it without resolving.

    Wrost service from @ViCustomerCare even for receiving OTP you need to recharge your vi number... What @TRAI doing now.. Hope I will port my number to @airtelindia now . Thanks VI for your 8 year of service.i am done now 😡

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel Tuk a BB connection for 1024 Mbps, paid 1 year's money in advance,frm day 1, speeds r ~300 Mbps up&down. Gave official complaint on Dec 2&no resolution.Raised a cancellation request 2day and been told takes insane 45 days to process refund!!
