  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Actually I don't want airtel sim.. I am using family 999 plan. No use every day night time 7 pm to 11 pm not working internet.. Who's using..my internet..i want immediately clear the problem. Otherwise I will not pay this bill pay.

  @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia service is a complete joke. Days passed and still one WiFi connection can’t be fixed. Customer care keeps lying, nobody does their job, and the whole service is pure garbage. Absolute worst experience.

  This is disgusting and every 4 days I faced same issue. @airtelindia please hire good engineers as we pay thousands for a month and you providing useless service. Else looks to switch @jio_fiber @JioCare

  @airtelindia @airtelnews prepaid 5G services, to which I have subscribed for a year, hardly ever works in our area! I have to use 4G almost all the time as 5G only works intermittently and is totally unreliable. This has been going on for months now without any solution in sight!

  Hey @airtelindia what sort of service are you upto? I have been raising queries regarding speed issues with my wifi from past several weeks, no one is batting an eye for redressal. Tickets raised are automatically closed and marked as resolved.
