    @airtelindia i have frustrated with airtel service last 5-6 month. No browsing at my house while surfing internet. Very poor connectivity on call also. I raise complaint regarding this in past but no action taken and my complaint was close without my knowledge. What should I do??

    I am not going to take this. It’s been 4th day that I have calling Nisha to send any engineer but she is useless. It is now very difficult fir me to work with hotspot. Useless agents for useless network. I was good enough with Excitel. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    From sales man till nodal officers, we tried to reach out. All are interested in 10am to 6pm but not for customer satisfaction. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , please address before we plan to switch all connections to some other service provider.
