    @airtelindia From last 7-10days I am facing such a poor network . Calling is awsome but data connectivity is very poor . In every 5min data is not working. I am restarting or switching to jio in evry 5-10min Can you look into this Airtel no:9122429285

    @airtelindia @prasath116 Same story here — wrong bills, zero response, @airtelindia has become the definition of unaccountable. This kind of greed and neglect is exactly what killed giants like Nokia. With pathetic customer service and a careless attitude, Airtel is walking the same path to downfall

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews This is unacceptable. Your engineer marked shifting NOT FEASIBLE, yet neither service nor allowing disconnection.Fiber works in other towers in the same society just meters away, why not here? Either activate OR disconnect &stop billing.

    Hi @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have cancelled my WiFi subscription since 2 months but I'm still being billed for it. There's no way to call customer care and if they call me it's always disconnects before anyone speaks. How to resolve this?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve called support 20+ times by now, raised multiple tickets as well. Every single time, ticket gets closed without resolution and I’m told to raise a new one again. Feels like starting from zero each time.

    @ACTFibernet @ACTFibernet Its been 6 days still not got the internet yet! You mentioned 48 hrs. My work is entirely dependent on the internet. This is very pathetic service from ACT. Please refund my money and disconnect the service. I have decided to get @airtelindia service
