I have airtel wifi from last year few days before I apply to buy a IPTV box and then paid ₹500 advance but I cancel installation and apply for refund so will I get that money back in my account or will that money will be adjusted in my existing wifi recharge plan @airtelindia

@airtelindia One of the worst internet service provider. I raised a request to shift my wifi connection to a new location in last week. Been trying to get it resolved since last 3 days. Customer care agents are rude and they are just postponing and asking to wait for few days
