    @airtelindia worst services Had applied for new Aitel DTH connection in Bangalore, 4 days ago. Customer care is calling aal the day but nobody is coming for installation. Seems I will have to go for other service provider.

    @airtelindia worst service ever. Your company is not able to resolve sms inbound issue, it's been more than two months I am facing this issue and unable to perform any urgent banking or verification related activity while abroad. Standard response from support - "Wait for 6 to 8 hours".

    @airtelindia is extorting money from its postpaid users. It has been 5 days since I asked them to shift my network. They ask for 24hrs everyday and fail. Now I have a different wifi. But they are still billing me for WiFi and not cancelling it. Worst is I can't even port my sim.

    @airtelindia promotes “Unlimited 5G,” yet customers face a 300GB usage limit, fair-usage conditions and hotspot restrictions. If we pay for unlimited data, why are these limits imposed? Even BSNL and Vi perform better in my area. Poor network and unclear policies have pushed me to switch. @reliancejio, I’m coming.
