@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Such a poor network strength. Even i can't download 50mb file forgot about 4G. Resolve this issue ASAP.

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Even on IVR menu from other network it will all talk nonsense expect from connecting to customer service, its good to use AI however atleast give a damn option to register a complaint. Stores are closed now not sure how i can get it fixed 😡

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Your app is so crap That it won’t connect to agent , 198 Is not connecting to agent .. just charged late fee of 100. I won’t pay that. Allow to talk to agent else please tell me what to message for porting
