Cancelled the airtel internet on 23rd July. Still receiving the bills. It was promised that the services will be deactivated within 7 working days, but what about the 2 months advanced rental..i guess that's what customer service is all about @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

Despite of telling them thousand of time that I am not interested getting the calls again and again regarding the same. And getting the answer that tomorrow you won't get call from us. @airtelindia I am having an awesome customer care service. I have requested for broad band Internet bill plan change on 18 August 2022, more than 48 hours (and counting), with advance payment made and multiple follow up from my end, the customer service continues to sleep.

Despite 100s of calls to the customer care and assurance received yesterday that it wont happen, @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence has still auto-renewed my Amazon Prime subscription. This is surely been done on purpose to loot the customers. Please avoid using airtel guys. #airtel
