    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtel Please let me know the broadband disconnection process. I cannot chase airtel on regular basis to fix same problem. Tried calling 121 and IVR states, engineer is working on issue without knowing the actual problem.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence what a shame .. you claim big but stands far low when comes to performance. The booster at my place is not working for weeks & no one is bothered to act.. poor show Airtel

    @airtelindia reinstalling is pending since last one week. Every time I get a call confirming that it will be installed today but to no avail. Calling call centre has no solution neither your local service support guys. This reminds me "office office" serial.

    Dear @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia , how can you dream of 5g network when a user doesn't get good network speed if his flat falls behind another flat. If I go on road..speed is good but inside room..speed is pathetic. Also I can't work on road. Area - Noida, sec -22

    @airtelindia team ...today at one of the airtel centres, airtel representative denied accepting I'd verification through digilocker e document. This is really unfortunate if company like airtel doesn't support digitization @TRAI

    I had 2 landline numbers. I wanted my Internet to me moved to my old number and disconnect the other. After numerous calls and store visit, I now have 3 numbers, slow Internet and they took away my old plan. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia just made a mess of a simple request.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia This ticket is open since 18th April without any response or resolution. No way to contact any Airtel technicians. Customer care has been called 5 times and each time they have provided a 24 hour resolution time but not fixed.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What a pathetic service I am getting on internet fibre. Every week 2 times you have unplanned outage which is for 6 hours and that is affecting my work and it's like harrasment for us. Contact center agent directly hung up the call is this allowed?

    @airtelindia One of the worst experiences ever, I've been trying to upgrade my broadband speed from 300mbps to 1gbps, for which I've had to make 30-40 phone calls to their customer service and speak with 5-6 supervisors to escalate the issue, but still no progress 😤😤😤
