    @gopalvittal @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Its pathetic that Airtel starts a new Airtel1 plan and after 2 months cant organize 1 Bill payment. I hv made 3 complaints, Customer Care assures of correction in 72 hrs but keep billing me extra amt. It's disgusting +call drops etc.

    @airtelindia The question is, why no recharge option to customer under 50 Rs to avail incoming call facility. At least talk time of 50 Rs plan should be available or somr plan should be available under 50 Rs in smart recharge category to avail incoming facility.

    @airtelindia you have always disappointed your users. Lodged a complaint 50 hours back... still awaiting response... dropped an email... 4 hours is the response time... 26 hours... still awaiting response... customer care assures call back in 4 hours... 29 hours... yet to hear.
