    @airtelindia we have landline from you for the last 20 years. Since last three months the line is not working but we are made to pay bill. Let us know which department we should complain about you to get justice

    I went to the Airtel office along with my mother today at 4.30 pm after waiting in line I was denied access. On asking the reason I had to face really bad behavior. Totally disappointed by that person.@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Can you please confirm whether Google Pixel 4a supports WiFi Calling on your Network? Vodafone Idea doesn't support my device. Looking out to port to your network.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence the issue was never fixed. No internet since Dec 15th. Then came time for me to move. The shifting request is also pending from Jan 1st. SR 140673184. It is Jan 4th today. Looks like your customer service is broke completely.

    Had a Terrible customer service experience with @airtelindia. Unfortunately we lost the sim card. We trying to get a new sim card on the same number from last 30 days.Send more 20 mails. Every time we receive automated mail. The worst customer service @airtelindia @airtelnews

    @airtelindia what is the benifit of 100 rupee talktime? I have recharged it does not work.. no details in the app also.. what about 500 and other talktime benifits it too doesn't work.
