    @airtelindia My broadband internet is not working, I am trying to raise complaint, but unable to do so, your chatbot doesn't raise complaint, your customer care representative disconnects call when I ask them to raise complaint, can you raise complaint?

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Two complaints, no resolution. SR 11027873160 closed without fix. SR 11028298784 pending. No technician visit despite commitments. Speed 1–7 Mbps vs 40 Mbps. This is service negligence. Disconnect & waive charges or escalating to @TRAI

    @airtelindia "The network performance is among the worst I have experienced, and the resolution process is unacceptably slow. Being told to wait 15 days for a basic connectivity issue is unreasonable.

    Hi @airtelindia, I’m facing 5G connectivity issues again, this has been reported multiple times before. Even in a 5G area, Auto 5G stops working randomly, disrupting my work and meetings. Please fix this urgently.
