    @airtelindia - Your network sucks. Everyday there is a down time. I dont knoe how in the world you are licensed to run your network when you cant provide basic wifi services

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Thank you for the response. However, I have not received any call/message/update from team on Request No:11031456197. Service remains completely down with red LOS light. Still 24hrs waiting time is too long, re-escalate and arrange urgent assistance.

    @airtelindia I get good connectivity using Airtel wifi in my home, but connectivity using Airtel sim is worst in same location. The app cannot digest the problem saying you are not connected to the internet when using sim data. Can you do something or should I Port to @JioCare?

    @airtelindia The service is in very bad condition, I have not been able to reactivate the internet service for the last 5 days. I am going to change my broadband service from Airtel to Jio or Excitel.
