    @airtelindia exasperated at such a sloppy response to broadband fault. Despite Lodging complaint on 1st May and then multiple reminders at customer care and at airtel black,no one has approached for resolution. connection out of order for 10 days in last 2 months.shifting to Jio

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia YOU PEOPLE ARE SO USELESS. I ASKED FOR A CALL ON DM AND WHAT YOU ARE TELLING ME THAT THE ISSUE IS RESOLVED. AS IT WAS NOT WORKING FOR MORE THAN A DAY, MY WORK IS IMPACTED & YOU PEOPLE WILL PAY ME FOR THE LOSS AS YOU ARE NOT TALKING ABOUT THE WAIVER.

    I have called them airtel black cc multiple times only to hear you problem would be resolved and given a call back. And this callback apparently never comes. I have been following up multiple times a day still no resplution. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia pls resolve before 6may

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I am facing call dropping and not dialing any number since last 30 days. I have also complained on Airtel App on 01.05.22 but no response from your company which give advertisements of best network coverage. It is lack of services to your customers.

    @airtelindia @TRAI I raised a cancellation request of my broadband connection and for that resolution expected time for 45 days, how can i pay amount without using that for that 45 days? And you people don't have technology to stop billing after raising disconnection request?

    @airtelindia, Hi, we had purchased an Xtreme fiber connection on 1st May, 2022. We were told that it will get installed within 24 hrs, no response till now after 72 hours, only false promises everyday by installation executive. Pathetic service by Airtel.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why am I being asked to pay for somebody else's dues to reclaim my old number? Just write it off as bad loan. You need a policy change.
