@airtelindia @airtelnews What a great customer support provided by you guys. Your customer care person does not even listen and provide no good solution. And the worst, I am repeated network problem with my broadband connection. It's better to switch to some other ISP.

Last night I received a mail from their nodal officer, claiming the issue has been resolved. Guess what, I am getting a speed of 3.5 Mbps. This is the 4th time they had lied to me.

@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia hello , I am customer for last so many years , I immediately need to port out of Airtel . Please let know the process as 1900 says I can’t port out due to one Airtel plan . One Airtel plan is the reason I want to port out . Worst service experience.
