@airtelindia I have recharged my number with the amount of Rs. 265 on 6 April 2022 through airtel thanks app but it is not reflecting and my outgoing is barred. Because of this I have done the payment again and your customer care is not connected don’t understand what to do.

@airtelindia What does a person with no mobile network do to access your customer care? Because, obviously, I can't send an SMS to your glorified 121 without mobile network. I can't believe the lead time to activate a SIM in this day and age is still 4 hours.
