    @airtelindia I have been trying to contact Axis Bank customer care No. 18604195555, 18605005555 for last 01 week from Airtel prepaid number, but not contacting, but when I try to contact from my Jio prepaid, it connects. This is very very shameful for Airtel service providers.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Xstream fiber. 5 hours since it is not working. Have made a complaint but issue not being resolved. First fibre broken now server issues. No response from the back end team and no one picks up the call. Kindly get it resolved ASAP. @TRAI

    @airtelindia the worst latency network nowadays. Not even providing proper speed to its user . Sometimes the network is not even working these day . Very bad network for gaming. Just hoping to be provided with a good network in the upcoming day.The hope is now loosing day by day.

    Really disappointed with Network,daily quality of the network is going very bad , Internet speed is very low and call quality is very poor. When you are increasing the charges,try to increase quality as well. Airtel is ignoring customer issues @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I'm Airtel broadband user in Rishikesh but the network is too slow according to 4G speed I don't what the indian telecommunication is going to down for service matter. I'm using this for office work but can't satisfaction with speed and service also.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Xtreme fiber service is down since yesterday. More than 24hrs elapsed. Any idea when will it get restored? Work activities are getting hampered. Ticket already logged but doesn’t seem to help. It shows ongoing outage and keeps getting extended.

    Really disappointed with @airtelindia broadband service. WHAT A SCAM!!!!!!!! I raised a WiFi ownership transfer request for my flatmate, but before it was completed, I clearly requested permanent disconnection as neither of us wanted the connection anymore. Airtel support confirmed the disconnection request and said it would be processed within 7 business days. Now today I receive an email saying the ownership has been updated instead of disconnecting the connection. Why was the transfer processed after a confirmed disconnection request? This is extremely unprofessional and stressful. Need immediate resolution and confirmation that the connection is permanently disconnected with no future billing issues. #Airtel #AirtelXstream #CustomerService
