Worst ever customer support from @airtelindia don't know how will i contact them apart from social media platform and email. Your chat assistant doesn't allow to connect with agent instead ask to call on 198 your 198 IVR doesn't allow to connect with agent.

@airtelindia Have been trying to reach out to a personal and I'm forced to listen to IVR and cut the call after a long wait with no solution to my issue. The issue is I had recharged for 181rs which was available but it doesn't work anymore and package is not available either
