    @airtelindia Hotstar free subscription is not activated in my mobile for one year recharge. Customer care disconnected my call when I asked this question. Finally someone answered after few attempt. CC mentioned extra data added instead of Hotstar pack without any intimation.

    @RishiNangia @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Very polite Twitter copywriters! Rest all is outsourced! I have been waiting for a resolution since the 21st of April! This is because billion-plus subscribers are at the mercy of three surviving operators! Perfect oligarchy! Out of the three one is bankrupt, one is predatory!

    My Airtel no is deactivated. So i visited nearest Airtel care center ( Near gokhale college-416007) then i came to know that there are so many costumers are facing same issues and for everyone they are asking for documents and fees to reactivate there cards. @airtelindia

    @airtelindia i am sick of calling customer service again and again and not getting any solution, how am I supposed to work if there’s no network even to tweet this i have come outside my office and there’s no one to look after my office right now.

    It’s been at least 3 weeks since the Airtel network at my home has been fluctuating. The call and internet connectivity is so deprecated. Tried registering a complaint on My Airtel app but all in vain. Pathetic! @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews

    @airtelindia I have ported my SIM from JIO and now after all process completed and in tele-verification after calling 59059,its asking for the OTP. I didn't received any OTP till now. My SIM remains inactive since last 3 days and I am unable to make important calls. Please help.
