    @Airtel_Presence Today is the 3rd day the @airtelindia service is down. I was forced to buy a new Sim card. The lady at Airtel store was more interested in selling Sim cards instead of trying to find out the problem. Hope the problem gets resolved by 2:30 PM as mentioned by the Store person

    @airtelindia First and foremost please upgrade your customer support, there is jo way you can contact a human to talk and discuss your problem. Twitter was my last option to contact but I feel next time I will use this first.

    @airtelindia Your customer service has gone down the drain. I asked a simple question about 5G and your associate placed me on hold for 1hr and didn't even transfer the call to the manager when asked. About time to take my business to @reliancejio
