@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have raised a complaint on 9th of January and until now no resolution provided.But the monthly bill the amount is considered fully.I am fed up calling call Center and every time they say in next 4 hrs I will get call even that doesn’t happen

Network does suck in the IT capital of India.@reliancejio has such a crappy network in my area. Also have just had a new connection of @AirtelXtream @airtelindia and on the very first day we have a LOS. Bangaluru is a hyped place in terms of infra ( No offence)

@airtelindia pathetic service by airtel broadband aervice in Bengaluru. Service down since yest and cust reps keep giving empty assurances whereas technicians r least interested in rectifying the issue. An Airtel black customer status has no meaning!
