Dear @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , I am facing issue of poor speed internet with my fiber connection & no option is available on ur airtel app to Register complaint and ur CC never connect. Kindly suggest if only via walk in ur store complaint will be consider than why apps ?

@airtelindia subscribed to your "black" service roughly two weeks ago. One call asking me to click on a link. Nothing beyond that. DTH was supposed to be installed in 4 hours. Still pending. Raised claim, nothing done. No confirmation mail no intimation or welcome msg.

@airtelindia Airtel is useless services, don't go for it. They never address your complaint, doesn't have good range. With recharge i was given 6 coupon of 1 gb data, which i was not given, even redeeming it. there is no forum to complaint. There is no customer care to address such problem.

@shankerbhagat @airtelindia In 121 & 198 there is no option via you can talk to Customer care. Airtel thinks bots are enough but they didn't understanding due to this customer suffers.
