    A friend raised a service request with @airtelindia to switch from postpaid to Prepaid. Request was raised with a service request number and a resolution time of 48 hours. In those 48 hours, Airtel made probably 50+ calls to the customer and then cancelled the postpaid to prepaid request on its own. The kind of scams telcos like Airtel runs for postpaid customers is why customers have trust issues and people prefer prepaid. Not to forget the efforts customer will have to take to switch back to Prepaid by visiting their gallery and harassment with over 50+ calls by the company again. Terrible.

    @theBook72 @airtelindia Same situation here , i have complaint many times but they don't listen. I have 5G unlimited recharge with 5G phone but my 4G data get consumed daily.

    @airtelindia and @Airtel_Presence are waste, they taken my money and still not able to deploy connection and again and again giving different date like Govt company. I Dm also based on their request but no response like customer care.

    @airtelindia paying you for 5G network, Internet speed is below 3G in most of the places in the city like BLR. There is no regulations from @TRAI on this.. it could be same for other network also. Why take money for 5G and not give proper coverage and quality speed ?

    @anubhavrmathur @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Try raising a complaint with National Consumer Helpline, they will act. I had an episode with Quickr RTO services. They sat on my vehicles original docs and money for almost a year! Going to NCH resolved the issue in a week.
