Why haven't u activated 2nd plan yet? Today I talked to ur customer care. He said that a callback will come in an hour and then my 2nd pack will get activated. But any call didn't came. Plz activate my 2nd plan. And do something fast. Don't sit idle.@Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
