Multiple service requests in March (Wi-Fi • 0402657****_WIFI on Mar 21 & Mar 26) were closed without any technician visit. No resolution even after 2 months.

Vivek Mishra (@the_vivekmishra) reportedI raised a ticket for speed issue with @airtelindia wifi connection 1 week ago. No resolution till date and no engineer visits. Apparently as per them i am their priority customer holding airtel black account with 3 postpaid and 1 wifi connection. This is the reality of service.
