    Got a call from airtel asking why I am not recharged for my DTH. I replied ''My TV shows 'no signal' always, so why should I renew?'' She answered '' so don't recharge'' (hung up the phone) @Airtel_Presence you have got the best service in the world!! @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Offer and reward I got from 699 prepaid like Amazon prime membership are not working. What kind of reward is this? I have been reporting the issue from last day, no answer and solutions. Your service sucks a lot. It's expensive with poor service.

    @airtelindia I used to experience frequent call drops but now your network has absolutely stopped working. In such times, when the internet is ubiquitous and absolutely necessary, it becomes really tough for anyone without any connectivity in the middle of the road!

    @airtelindia 4 requests I have placed for secondary DTH connections through Aritel Thanks,Airtel Black customer relationship but none fulfilled. Shockingly they don't my request numbers in their records.Some body is playing with your entire system

    @Airtel_Presence Almost a month passed no solution or refund received from your side. Now please suggest solution. Will you provide next 1 month services free of cost or will you genuinely refund the amount. My work has been already hampered. I can't wait further. Please respond @airtelindia

    @airtelindia never want to listen. Raised one service request (10064316641), almost a week before and nobody bothers to resolve it. 121 don't even provide a option to talk to CC. Such a painful experience you feel once you are with Airtel.
