The Airtel store rep accidentally showed me their CRM showing about 6000 mins of a single call to my sister's no. Reality, I never called my sister for more than 30 mins. Brilliant fraud.

For the last 7–8 years, I have repeatedly complained about very weak mobile signals and frequent internet issues, but every time we are assured that a new tower will be installed—still nothing has happened. We took Airtel Wi-Fi because of the poor mobile network, but even the Wi-Fi faces connectivity problems 3–4 times every month. Whenever we complain, we are told that an engineer will visit the next day. Today, reliable internet is essential for life and business.
