@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I have converted my postpaid number to prepaid since 5th of February 2019. Till now it is not activated, I am not able to make or receive any calls. I can't even recharge it. Your prepaid customer care is unable to explain anything. Kindly resolve

Switch from @reliancejio to @Idea, @airtelindia, @VodafoneIN or @BSNLCorporate take smart decision now. @reliancejio bad service, bad network speed, bad support even at Odisha when other networks are standing @reliancejio still made people disappointed.
