@Airtel_Presence Only 1 location my home. Sector-11,CDA CUTTACK-753015. This house has been surveyed by your network team for more than 5 times in last 2-3yrs. They had suggested use or booster which is not approved by @Airtel_Presence & @airtelindia. Only #falseassurance no improvement #Network

@airtelindia Your broadband team is closing tic without resolving issue. I am on your premium airtel black plan of 300Mbps and getting 40-50 Mbps only. Your tech has already infod that its router issue however till now no resolutn provided. Pathetic service.
