    @Airtel_Presence Over the past 1 month there has been #falsecommitments from your end. explain why is it taking so long and by when will this be resolved. Why the complain was closed with out resolving the issues. As per previous commitments this was to be closed in 4 working days @airtelindia

    It's looks like for this issue there is no solution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence authorities are only saying that issue will be solved within a given date. But in reality there is no solutions it's very disappointing.

    When i am entering to our colony its like a BLACKOUT area for @Airtel_Presence.. Google page will open after 50 seconds ,whatsapp msz will send and rcv after 5mns.. Its slow than 2g.. This is the reality of so called fastest network @airtelindia @TRAI KIITBhubaneswar PIN 751024

    As an @airtelindia postpaid customer for last 15 years, I'm frustrated. The mobile data speeds are not up to the broadband level (goes less than <20Mbps sometimes for 4G sim) now and even watching a video has been a hassle. Sometimes this becomes horrible when having zoom meeting

    @airtelindia is one of the fraud company where I raised complaint on network issue and they close the complaint without reaching to me. Can’t reopen or reach customer care through IVR. In store, they say once complaint is raised, they will take care. But none of the morons works
