    It's looks like for this issue there is no solution from @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence authorities are only saying that issue will be solved within a given date. But in reality there is no solutions it's very disappointing.

    Not able to contact your customer care representative through 198. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Its urgent!!! My Phone is not detecting your airtel sim anymore. it shows "No Sim".. To cross check ,I used other network sim & it shows network. Plz resolve the issue..

    Airtel should be declared worst network in Cuttack Odisha. Terrible speed since last 4 days. Above all a service request will be closed without any resolution. Not sure what TRAI is doing. 1G is provided in the name of 4G. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @TRAI

    @airtelindia :poor net service at my location..the speed goes to 0 from 1mb in fraction of seconds..Every time I have to restart the hotspot(airtel) to get internet access.kindly check.

    Broadband plans from Airtel, BSNL, Tata Sky, Reliance Jio and others under Rs 1,000 @toi request you to give right information. Reliance Jio and Airtel's 4G network speed is very bad. Raised data speed issue since Feb and no resolution @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia A month ago I upgraded to Airtel Black but not getting Hotstar in TV. 10 times lodged complains, people come n go cannot resolve the issue and today customer care saying hotstar we cannot see on TV. If that be the case remove ur connection i am switching to Jio

    @airtelindia Ur Cust Care is horrible.Navigated a heap of IVR menus->got an operator who within 1 min of asking plan questions got passive aggressive -> pretended to be unable to hear me ->disconnected. DM fr details.Bad hiring.Really impacts brand perception.Others facing this?
