    Dear @airtelindia Your 5G is a complete joke at my location. The network keeps switching between 5G++,5G&4G, yet the internet speed remains unusably slow. I am paying for a service that you are clearly unable to provide. Fix this immediately, otherwise I'm porting my sim today.

    121 is providing wrong & false information on call 📱. Every representative is telling different things on call. No coordination in between them. Seriously What kind of jokers are operating the issues then how this customers issues will get resolved @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia Getting extremely poor speed on my airtel wifi since a month. Your app only starts the router again and again. And this is not the first time i am frustrated with your wifi. Please fix your service, it sucks.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence absolute pathetic experience having Airtel Fiber connection. It's been more than 24 hours there is no help fix for the frequent disconnections. No response from assigned agents inspite of multiple calls. No way to reach out to customer care.
