    @binod_dwivedi promise of @Airtel_Presence is verbal and only for advertisement purpose. We all know they are working with limited capacity but why @airtelindia is charging amount if not resolving issue within time.

    @airtelindia my daughter is in USA and has paid for USA plan along with her normal recharge . Her incoming is blocked because if nonpayment Cannot reach a human on you customer care. Please resolve this issue
