Loot by @airtelindia - Had taken Xstream fiber and DTH connection. While taking they mentioned that the DTH box amount is completely refundable whenever I want to return it. Their Xstream DTH box is slow like hell and just called Digital TV customer care. And to my surprise 1/2

2/2 customer care executive told - only if I'll use the DTH connection for 1 yr and after that, I'm returning then I'll get the refund amount. I'm feeling cheated. All these brands are same & looting consumers by showing multiple offers and refund offers. @airtelindia
