    @airtelindia I am Airtel black customer. My DTH has not been working since last one month inspite of multiple complaints at multiple times the complaint remains unresolved. I think I am left with no option but to move to another service provider.@bhartinews

    @airtelindia Paid ₹500 on 16 Aug for IPTV Order 612830290, but after 6 days there's still no installation. Customer care keeps giving false assurances, and emails to 121/Nodal Officer have gone unanswered. Please resolve immediately, or I'll switch to another provider.

    @airtelindia I feel very bad to recharge Rs3999 yearly. With unlimited 5g data, 2.5 gb data. Living in 5g network area main city and getting message 100% data over. What is this ? @airtelnews @Airtel_Presence Complained many times but still same problem.

    @airtelnews Hey @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence, I recharged with the ₹3599 plan which includes 'Unlimited 5G Data'. Despite being connected to 5G network continuously, my daily 2GB data pack is getting exhausted in just 4-5 hours instead of using unlimited 5G. Kindly resolve this glitch ASAP

    Absolutely pathetic service from @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia yet again My Wi-Fi has been completely dead for 3 days . The exact same nonsense happened to me before and took 5 agonizing days to fix! The local area agency is completely incompetent.

    @airtelindia Before the sale, your salesperson kept messaging me daily to take the connection. But once the payment was made, suddenly customer service doesn’t seem to matter. @airtelindia — If you can’t provide the service, why aggressively push customers to buy it?
