@airtelindia Airtel has certainly started looting people. Their plans are not customer friendly now .Their recharge option of 79 rs does not even include message balance. Further,normal recharge is also not convertible to sms balance. Bulshit and pathetic experience now.

@airtelindia I don't even know whom to reach. No escalation levels, no RM response. No options in Thanks app except for a primitive bot there is no one to respond. 121 is utter useless. Most hopeless service I have come across. If someone from the management sees this pls respond
