@airtelindia He also told me that function is not available at the customer service center. And when I called first time, another representative lied to me that he has block the sim card...Why there is so differences in one company. I have call recordings.

Worst and pathetic service @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia most important point is that they do not have manpower at ground level to provide services. Lakhs of complaints are pending all are suffering and they do not care at all. Mine is pending since 10 days.

Internet not working since 6 hours, rasied ticket on #airtelthanks, recieved no call or number of technician. your app is itself so buggy. No way of calling you from non-airtel sim. Very disappointed services. Time to switch back to ActFibernet. @airtelindia #AirtelBroadband
