  @airtelindia Airtel, if you worked on internet & network quality as much as you torture customers with recharge reminders, there would be no need for follow-ups. Poor service — neither internet works properly nor network stays stable, yet you talk about 5G.

  @airtelindia I have been using your sim since 2005, Never in my life have I felt this frustrated. What's the point of recharging the unlimited 5G plan when you stop your users from accessing the internet after only using 2GB. It's time to say bye.

  Worst customer service by @airtelindia , since morning I am facing wifi issues, and raised concerns via Airtel app. Till now no technician arrived... This kind of negligence is intolerant.. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence
