@JioCare I am pained at the manner in which you'll have handled @avik123 's case. He has been shouting himself hoarse but no one seems to give a damn. He is contemplating a move to @airtelindia just because your team can't find a solution. Imagine losing a customer in this day and age!!

@airtelindia I have been using two airtel numbers, in my Nokia6.1. From yesterday the sim cards are not working in my mobile but they working fine in another mobile or tablet. Also any other sim cards are working fine with the said mobile. 1/2
