    This is regarding my pending service request # 31-1000014834144. I generated this on 9 July and subsequently wrote to Nodal Officer as well. Are you serious about addressing my complaint @airtelindia ? Do not ask me to DM anything - just check your records of my service request.

    We requested disconnection multiple times, but your team keeps refusing and is trying to force us to pay bills for a service that never worked. Our router and receiver were uninstalled and never reinstalled despite repeated complaints. Stop harassing customers @airtelindia

    Disappointed with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence . Promoted "Fast Lane 5G" network slicing for postpaid users, but reality is a complete crawl. Fulfilling all criteria but struggling with zero/poor 5G coverage at my location. Complaints raised, zero resolution.

    @Airtel_Presence As per my information, it is not at all raining in Mumbai for the past 4 days but @airtelindia connection is still down (8th day today). Maybe Mumbai rains have a special affinity for Airtel only. The connection worked partially yesterday for some time, but it is down again.
