    @airtelindia Dear Airtel, Need to raise my concern and formal complaint :- (1) There is no E-bill available in Airtel Mobile App. (2) Download receipts made available after formal complaint with customer care this morning and when checked found out with wrong invoice date.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia No mercy for senior citizens and patients who can’t move. Vikas marg Airtel can’t see the pain of 70 yrs old struggling to get replacement of damage sim,no help and calling store again &again without logic. Poor customer centricity in crises times.

    @airtelindia I am really disappointed with the service you provide. I have recently booked airtel extreme fiber, kyc person comes instantly but after that no one cares about customer, what issue they are facing. I am writing this to let you know the about reality of ground level.
