@Airtel_Presence @jagograhakjago @airtelindia But, still dissapointed at the way this was handled. There was no proper tracking of the progress. Details needed to be shared repeatedly. The respresentatives did bot have enough access rights. Details sent over emails repeatedly. History of the issue is not well understood.

@airtelindia customer service is so bad.I bought a airtel dongle as they told me that i will get 20-30mbps speed so when i used i was getting 1-2mbps speed so when i gone to complain the agent who told me that i will get 20-30 mbps was on holdiay. So i complained to other agent

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence it seems how fraud company is airtel. They are only interested to n taking money from customer and then go away. For airtel customer is fool who only pay big amount and airtel can do what they want.. no ethic airtel has.. india biggest worst broadbnd
