    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia this is sheer negligence. Over a month of follow-ups and still no resolution. No response, no accountability—just complete disregard for customers. Is this your service standard? Resolve this immediately or I escalate to higher authorities and consumer forums.

    @airtelindia I have tried to call the customer care and enquired on the App but it has been of absolutely no help. I don’t se aa reason why I should not switch to @reliancejio air fiber. This month will be my last as your customer.
