Incorrect roaming charges were levied on my number during my Bhutan travel, and despite raising the issue, Airtel Customer Care is refusing to reverse the charges. What kind of customer service is this? If incorrect charges can be levied, customers should at least get a fair review and resolution instead of being forced to pay them.
