    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Very unhappy with customer service. Today is the 3rd day with the issue unresolved. CEO of Airtel should see how people are working in there umbrella.Unfortunately, the relationship with Airtel is end now. I am moving to different service provider.

    Airtel fiber internet services have degraded with time. I switched to another service in Rahatani. Now Runal Gateway Kiwale customers are furious and soon all your customers will switch. The same problem is with the mobile network. Take action @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia I converted my prepaid connection to postpaid on 25-Mar. While the conversion is completed, the service request is still shkwing as pending. Because of this, I'm unable to bundle my services under Airtel Black. Requesting support to resolve.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence This is regarding wifi services in the area - Rasoolpura,500003 It has been 5+ days since the wifi connectivity has not been functional On the app, we’re just being that the the inconvenience caused is regretted but no solution is being provided

    @airtelindia Sourav, your team emailed admitting Non-Feasibility for ID: 10101030759592. The only 'resolution' is a FULL REFUND of my ₹1,500. ​I’ve escalated to PMO, TRAI, & DoT (CPGRAMS: DOTEL/E/2026/0033610). Give me a refund timeline now. No deductions for your failure! @PMOIndia @TRAI
