    @Airtel_Presence i just want to know that if customer is recharging his or her mobile no. With 597 rupee and validity is 168 days then why your company is asking for 35 rupee validity recharge.Why should we pay 35 rupee for validity when my pack is valid for168 days @airtelindia

    @airtelindia Absolutely pathetic service from Airtel. Raised a broadband shifting request on 29/06, and as of 02/07 there's still no update. The Airtel Thanks app doesn't even let me cancel the request, and customer support has been completely useless, just scripted(1/2)

    @airtelindia I'm on a 5G network, but I'm receiving 50% or 90% data usage alerts much earlier than expected. Please investigate the accuracy of my data consumption records and resolve any discrepancy immediately. I expect a clear explanation and prompt resolution.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence , Since last more than 5hrs we are facing airtel fiber wifi issue. Trying to launch complaint via app it saying it takes 5hrs everytime. This is not example of good service. Please sort this.
