    @airtelindia thanks app is a crap literally. Not even register a support request , disconnection request . This company is not listening to customers , even after migrated to @JioCare I can't process my disconnection. Tried all possible ways , always auto msg templates n replys

    Whether I use or not ur services, I do have to ur bills, if I am in ur network. Then Y dont u people showing interest to solve our problems. Hiw do I get rid of it, dont know. And also not getting a correct response on from ur end tooo @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @Airtel_Presence what sh!+ is going with the network.? Can't use data or make a call. Customer care did not help. Area- chittethukara kochi.( infopark ) chirayil road. @airtelindia Facing this issue thrice in a month.

    Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

    @airtelindia @airtelnews How hard can the register email be? 1. Call the CC a million times through IVR and it has no options and disconnect 2. Search through the help doc page and not finding anything and nowhere to go from there 3. Email customer care with nothing happening

    @airtelindia I converted my prepaid connection to postpaid on 25-Mar. While the conversion is completed, the service request is still shkwing as pending. Because of this, I'm unable to bundle my services under Airtel Black. Requesting support to resolve.

    Hello @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I have registered the complaint on the portal for my airtel wifi network of very slow speed for 100 mbps speed. I am experiencing only 2-3 mbps speed for a very long time. Could you please take up this matter or else I have to disconnect it.
