Airtel don't listen or respond to complaints. That's why decided not come back to Airtel. I raised complaint for plan bill generated when connection was in safe custody. Whenever they calls back I think its regarding complaint. But again calling for bill payment. @airtelindia

Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

@airtelindia This is all you are doing for marketing. In reality there is no proper support team in @airtelindia . Even for small small queries they take much time, they act like they have registered a complaint but they don't show any attention to resolve it. That's horrible I feel.
