Airtel is cheating. I called customer care to disconnect in July as I already switched provider. They committed will put in safe custody without bill and return later. But they activated connection and calling me day and night to pay the bill. #Airtelbroadband @airtelindia @TRAI

Airtel don't listen or respond to complaints. That's why decided not come back to Airtel. I raised complaint for plan bill generated when connection was in safe custody. Whenever they calls back I think its regarding complaint. But again calling for bill payment. @airtelindia

It is pathetic to see the services of @airtelindia gone to the dogs. No way to get to help for phone connection suddenly disconnected for over 24 hrs and no way to register a compliant stating network issues. That category does not exist. With crisis this is the only lifeline.
