Hey @airtelindia You claim to be the fastest network in 28 states and I am sure Kerala is not one of them. Shitty network which is always losing the connection and dead slow. The internet service is pathetic and slow. I had to depend on my WiFi to complete this tweet.

@airtelindia charges extra for black, but gives horrible customer service. Cancelled connections don’t get updated. Keep getting double charged. When you raise a request, they just auto resolve it. Why charge extra if you can’t deliver service.
