Bishal Paul (@thebishalpaul2) reported@airtelindia I raised a complaint with ref 656441911 regarding my iptv remote not working the service centre asked me to pay Rs 350 despite the remote being under warranty and the RM told me not to pay. Now I see the complaint is closed. Please escalate and resolve asap.
