@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India no network in my location for past half day, why should we pay you, will u extend the time of validity. @DoT_India @TRAI will you take action by charging them for these type of service, no way to contact customer care also.

@airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

@airtelindia my data is not working suddenly today(postpaid). When I use wifi to diagnose network problems through airtel thanks app it says "pls switchoff your wifi". When I do, it says "oops internet issues. Cannot diagnose" WTF was that? You dumbass Airtel.

Which @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Customer Care number actually works? As in actual humans respond and not automated ****. Sister switched from #Idea to #Airtel earlier this month. In just a few days, has been charged an exorbitant amount in spite of negligible usage! 🥺😳🙄
