    @airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

    @airtelindia i am disappointed with the signal and internet from airtel. I raised more than five times my signal problem in my area but i did get any response from your company. Very poor signal. I need your help to get good 4g signal. Number 9963770111

    Dear @airtelindia , no power back up for #airtel tower in my area. Due to this we are facing lot of issues when no power ,i m using 2 airtel sim for office work. Many are working from home loss of network making problems.plz fix it

    @Airtel_Presence I had a call with Executive (Ankita)and supervisor ( Hari Krishna) both are unable to help me to unbundle the Airtel Black. Supervisor given link to payment which is taking me to YouTube such uneducated people working in @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia i am frustrated now

    Such a pathetic customer service @airtelindia has. They are happy if customers are paying bills on time. But No proper response from customer care service to fix no/zero network issues for more than 4 weeks even for prime postpaid customers? @Airtel_Presence

    @airtelindia, आप के #AirtelXtream/ broadband,में सुधार की अतिआवश्यता है। Network बिलकुल खराब है। Buffering time upto 35 minutes हैं, daily basis पर। Service quality doesn't best. Kind regards -Your customer.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India Dear Airtel, The company is imposing penalty on customers for non payment of monthly bills but how much penalty should be imposed on your company if not provided customer resolution inspite of repeated follow ups.
