    Dear @airtelindia , no power back up for #airtel tower in my area. Due to this we are facing lot of issues when no power ,i m using 2 airtel sim for office work. Many are working from home loss of network making problems.plz fix it

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India no network in my location for past half day, why should we pay you, will u extend the time of validity. @DoT_India @TRAI will you take action by charging them for these type of service, no way to contact customer care also.

    @airtelindia i am disappointed with the signal and internet from airtel. I raised more than five times my signal problem in my area but i did get any response from your company. Very poor signal. I need your help to get good 4g signal. Number 9963770111

    @airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

    @airtelindia the worst customer care service, the worst user experience and a big scam. How can anyone lose the daily data without touching the phone? Trying to file a complaint, no use. Everyday, the data goes missing.

    @airtelindia hi my mobile 5g my pack 5g network in my mobile 5g Even after that the data is getting exhausted for almost a week. When I talk to customer care, they tell me to switch to postpaid, sir. So this means all this is being done to bring customers to postpaid.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @airtelnews KYC prepaid most important like bank KYC periodically avoiding is giving crime a new flaw update all KYC with Aadhaar info updating Id's address else i'll port or stop using this number services worst first call goes without voice always

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Being a PRIORITY POSTPAID customer I am not getting STANDALONE network for my home location at Batika, Boinchi, Hooghly, PIN - 712134. For a MINI 5G cell that is running with NSA . Hoping an upgradation to suppor SA 5G ASAP.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia the process for porting to other service providers is a very very hectic process they don't do instantly as said it will take 2 months mostly to complete the porting process especially for post paid users.
