    Dear @airtelindia , no power back up for #airtel tower in my area. Due to this we are facing lot of issues when no power ,i m using 2 airtel sim for office work. Many are working from home loss of network making problems.plz fix it

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India no network in my location for past half day, why should we pay you, will u extend the time of validity. @DoT_India @TRAI will you take action by charging them for these type of service, no way to contact customer care also.

    @airtelindia i am disappointed with the signal and internet from airtel. I raised more than five times my signal problem in my area but i did get any response from your company. Very poor signal. I need your help to get good 4g signal. Number 9963770111

    @airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wi-fi disconnected for more than 20 hours now and no development on the ticket raised. App is terrible when it comes to reaching someone "human". Quite a long relationship and this does leave a very bad taste.

    @rutu609 @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Airtel is 'NOT' giving 'NEW' numbers since last 2 years. They are giving old number which was inactive for more than 90days They close the sim card & gives numbers to new customer.

    Despite multiple calls and raising a support ticket, there has been no resolution and no proper response. I regret switching to Airtel from my previous provider. This has been a very frustrating experience. Please resolve this issue immediately. #Airtel @airtelindia #PoorService

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @AirtelXtream Two service requests (SR 4512401903 & SR 4512520439) were closed without resolving the issue. Closing tickets without fixing the problem only increases customer frustration.

    What is wrong with @airtelindia ? With every increase in their plan's price, you have been degrading your service. No live person behind the app to address my query. The mobile internet at my place is disgusting. I am unable to open even a single page.

    @airtelindia 2) Without even using the network bill was already generated. And the already requested progress will take months and months and bills will br generated, without even using the network why should we pay. Daylight robbery it is.

    Dear Airtel Payments Bank, Need urgent help regarding balance mismatch. Attached screenshots clearly show a discrepancy: • Airtel Thanks app balance: ₹593.99 • SMS available balance after last transaction: ₹1206.96 Missing amount: ₹612.97 No debit SMS received after 7:37 AM.
