    @airtelindia worst network in my area, i dont get even minimum internet speed, weak signals. We are not able to receive any phone calls. What kind of service you provide? We tired of using this. We will change to another network for sure.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India no network in my location for past half day, why should we pay you, will u extend the time of validity. @DoT_India @TRAI will you take action by charging them for these type of service, no way to contact customer care also.

    Dear @airtelindia , no power back up for #airtel tower in my area. Due to this we are facing lot of issues when no power ,i m using 2 airtel sim for office work. Many are working from home loss of network making problems.plz fix it

    @airtelindia fgs shut down your WiFi service!!! My WiFi is still not working. Your agents show tantrums that they can’t come after 6 and do t pick up phone even when slot was 6:30PM. It has been more than 24 hours now!! Horrible service. Fgs I don’t understand how you guys are functioning.

    @airtelindia Your service is extremely pathetic. I’ve been facing network coverage issues and frequent disconnections for the past 3 months on my WiFi. Despite raising complaints, your field officer visited and promised to replace my WiFi router, but it’s been two weeks passed.

    @airtelindia @airtelnews upon 4 times raising the issue to team and 21 calls in last one week to engineers for just broadband installation and still no solution! Each day i was assured that it will be resolved in 24 hours and hearing this same stuff from 4 days? Is this ur level?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why am I being charged without explicit approval? This feels like forced billing. Please reverse the charges immediately and ensure no such auto-activation happens again. Expecting urgent resolution.

    @airtelindia @airtel_wifi @AirtelWiFi143, Facing no internet service since past 3 days. We have recharged, checked the diagnostics, still no support from your customer. If it is not solved by today, we are switching it to other wifi provider.
