However @airtelindia assigned engineer never picked up my calls and wasted all day. I talked to CC and they suggested to wait, next day req got assigned to some other person, that guy thankfully picked up my call and is just telling me he will come after 2 hours each time I call.

@Airtel_Presence After being a loyal customer of @airtelindia BB for 15 years, i move to another service provider. Reason? - shifted in Feb to Tnagar, Chennai a business hub but greeted with repeated disruptions in connectivity & a totally cold response 4m AT tec team. Bye bye AT
