    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Wifi network connectivity issue compilant was raised yesterday and it should be resolved on May 5th 6.30 PM as per the SLA but still no one reaching my home and resolve the issue May I know what's the purpose of raise the ticket and set the SLA?

    5G shows on my Pixel 6a, but Airtel’s “unlimited 5G” isn’t working properly—slow or not usable at all. Not sure if the problem in Airtel or Google. In other brand 5g is working Please clarify & fix this issue ASAP. @Google @airtelindia #5G #Pixel6a @jagograhakjago

    @airtelindia @reliancejio I own a Airtel wifi, I raised a service request for transfer of connection on 25th April for shifting on 2nd May. Till date no action, and airtel is continuing billing. Their agent asking to buy new connection. 017212123532_dsl. Why not shift to Jio?

    @airtelindia Your customer service is pathetic. It's so bad that even bsnl started looking better. Few days back, I lost my phone. 15 days & 7 sims later, I still don't have an active number. It's my 15 y/o no. and your backend staff is just useless. #airtel_sucks

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia I’ve called support 20+ times by now, raised multiple tickets as well. Every single time, ticket gets closed without resolution and I’m told to raise a new one again. Feels like starting from zero each time.

    New complaint now Request id - 11029808384, raised today. WiFi was fixed on Tuesday, broke down again yesterday night. Very patchy & unreliable @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence

    @anilca95 @airtelindia The best solution to all your problems is to change the vendor. Airtel to Jio. Airtel services going down in MV Phase1 area and Engineers also avoid having service requests.
