    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence my plan was for 200 mbps and what i am getting this lessthan 5 mbps from the last 4 hours and i am talking to your peraon and everytine he is working. Escalated this to customer care and response was "WE ARE WORKING ON THIS".

    @airtelindia I have been facing network issue since last 4 days in sector 48 gurugram and not getting any solutions raised complaint and estimated time of solution is provided as 15 days tell me in current how come one can survive without having internet on phone

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Mistakenly I have added one prepaid no in my 399 existing postpaid plan at 299. I called customer care to remove the no from family plan but your customer care is demanding to pay amount of 142 which is not understand. Please look into matter.

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I got an SMS saying the internet services will continue 10:07 PM and when i called the customer care to know whats the issue they forwarded my call to an automated message which said the services will continue from 1:07 AM, Disappointed again.
