    @airtelindia,@Airtel_Presence My Wi-Fi is completely down since 22.08.2026 (8:45 PM). Almost 48 hours and no resolution yet! Every time I call customer care, the resolution time is pushed further, now to 26.08.2026. Complaint No: 13916308201 Please resolve this on high priority

    You know what's the most difficult task in the whole world? Disconnecting the airtel @airtelindia connection. I have been trying to disconnect it since Sunday and almost called 100 different people but no resolution. I don't know why it's soo dramatic. I am frustrated a lot. Sometimes their customer care people says to call 121 and nothing happens on 121, after a beep the call get cut. I know they will keep billing me as they want to extort the money instead of simply closing the connection. @airtelindia you have pathetic service.

    I can’t believe how careless your customer service is. Your representatives don’t even seem to have proper information about the plans and their billing structure. I have contacted customer care multiple times, but I am still not getting a clear or correct answer. @airtelindia

    Frustrating port in experience with @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence. Ordered a new SIM online via Self-KYC, but the Tnx App throws an "Invalid SIM number" error. store sends me to customer care, 198 tells me to visit the store, and email support by bot- Req 6SKU4WSP3W fix it asap..

    @airtelindia @AirtelPostpaid Despite being an Airtel Priority Postpaid customer, my network complaints are repeatedly marked “resolved” without any actual improvement. After giving negative feedback, the complaint gets reopened, but the problem remains the same.

    @airtelbank @airtelindia My fastag still blacklisted I will not add amount in this and I need to go outside now tell me what should I do. You are not listening your banking customer then what you will do whose uses your product and services. Pathetic!

    Thanks @airtelindia for quick resolution to my IPTV problem . Service at Chinchwad gaon (411033) is really good . Visited today morning to register complaint and it got resolved well before committed time .
