  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I am not using that much data. everyday a particular time the data finished and receiving a top-up msg call. so far it isn't happened and this is a new form of data theft I am experiencing from the last recharge. So I am porting my number to a genuine network and already made 2/2

  Worst ever wifi and voice call services by @airtelindia in Nirjuli. Every week a complaint needs to be lodged for call drops, muted calls, poor 5G and erratic wifi. All they provide is resolution of the complaint after a few days only the same issues to recur.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence I contacted Airtel Support on X. Instead of investigating the issue, I kept receiving the same copy-pasted response over and over again: "Your usage has reached commercial usage levels."

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Post 2/5 I've raised 5+ service requests, spoken with 10+ customer care and escalation representatives, and several tickets were simply closed without any resolution. Every interaction ends with another ticket instead of a solution.

  @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence ​Extremely disappointed with the pathetic internet speed in Bilhaur 209202.Despite paying high recharge prices, internet is barely working and fail to load constantly.​This is unacceptable. Fix this internet network and slow data issue on priority!
