    @airtelindia my x stream fiber broadband is not working for the last 3 days despite raising ticket which is again a mislead to beleive that they will do something, but a BIG NO. There are just having fun with where they made it difficult to talk to customer care executives.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Why should I contact 3rd party app when I recharged via the airtel app. Please refund the money if you're not able to initiate the recharge. The customer support is really bad.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia What's going on? India's largest network is struggling to provide internet access to customers. Internet is so slow that it makes subscribers feel bored and sleepy on the 'go'. Complaints elicit no suitable response. They speak loads of trash! @TRAI

    @airtelindia I have called customer care several times to disable / discontinue my black connection ( DTH & BroadBand) 10101013126744 but every time i get an answer that disconnection will be done but I keep getting bills. I have moved to other country, please help !

    @airtelindia @TeamLease Very bad experience from senior of Airtel Xstream Fibre in Dehradun. TL of Airtel Xstream Fibre didn't accept my resign and terminate me and also didn't get my 3 months engineer's salary. Emp id - 2331442 in Teamlease. And HR Department also not responding

    Also I just started using this broadband service. It took the @airtelindia to mess things up. Never again to choose this brand. Anyone coming across this message go for JIO. And incase @airtelindia you need request id here it is - 10133214877
