@airtelindia:I am being bluffed. 1st 121 gives me scripted ans.said you are prepaid customer hence can't give bill,then asked to convert to postpaid one they area is prepaid only. And fail to connect AIRTEL Official. Regret to take airtel broadband.

@airtelindia switched to Airtel from idea with 4 connections but realised the mistake as from last 2 months unable to use data on your network in our whole area /locality & complained the same with your cust. Care representative but fruitless.
