Pretty unfair that there’s no compensation for all this downtime. The whole airtel experience is so frustrating - your customer care no. doesn’t work as intended, no way to reach out to an agent through the airtel app and no upfront notice for the inconvenience.

They say your reason is not valid.. so you can stop taking there service when you satisfy them on terms that they decide.. I have to get hold of a person physically at airtel store .. and still it took me 2 hrs to get my disconnection approved.
