  So @airtelindia broadband conks of at 6:15pm. Complaint raised at 6:45pm. Now I am informed that issue shall be resolved at 2:30pm tomorrow.... kya kamaal ka 24x7 service hai! [slow claps]

  @airtelindia Have sent an email on 22nd Sep for name change as of yday there is no revert/solution, suddenlt frm yday evng onwards in & out going calls been barred without any info / intimation, my vendor / customers unable to contact me due to this. is tis rit way?
