    @airtelindia now starting to behave like other service providers. Just get as many as connections as possible. No service or clarity in anything for the customer. Trying to close a connection is such a big hassel. No point of being such a loyal customer for years @Airtel_Presence

    @Airtel_Presence how to complain for Wifi problem, called on 9810012345 but after wasting my 30 mins, got response that because of some technical problem at there end, they will not do anything & this response i got from automatic IVR. @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia

    @airtelindia trying to reach your customer care is next to impossible, human agents who sold the plan now don't take calls, IVR doesn't have options to express your issue...Got stuck .. not able to understand bill, pay bill, change plan....
