    Hello @airtelindia , from yesterday morning in our area data connection is not worked till now. voLTE also not worked, sometimes service shown as no service. So I can't do my regular works through data. Please fix this problem by this morning. 🙏🏻

    Why your engineer are not taking care of your tower and routers properly. They should monitor the bandwidth and packet drops frequently right? We are paying to @airtelindia but not getting the service. Why?

    @TRAI can a prepaid customer have 2 recharges of same category activated on his number ?? To my understanding "No". @airtelindia has done exactly that. And customer care has some out of the world explanation to justify the same.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia @airtelnews Airtel just claims to have good customer services, they too have the same way of dealing, no clarity in packages, installation or deinstallations. Disappointed as always!

    Hi @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia, Never expected after changing 10 years old postpaid connection to prepaid that I will end up with zero network. Such a pathetic net connection. Even I charged extra data pack plus 297/- minimum recharge for hotspot. Jio is better as of now.
